I haven't frequented this Walgreens too often, but from the looks of it, it appeared organized. While I went before the pharmacy dept was open, it took them half the time I was quoted (15 minutes instead of 30) to fill my prescription. The store seemed to have a lot of things in stock, although being first thing in the morning that might not be saying much. Cashier had a good attitude, and so did the pharmacy tech that attended me. No problems at all with this store, although I would probably advise to go in the morning, and not later in the day because I get the sense the reviews that are under 2 stars occurred then.

Terrible experience at the store photo department. I had ordered a custom photo print book for my mom as a birthday present. They accepted the order and I get an email saying it’s ready. I arrive at the store and they hand me a stack of photos that were not bound in a book and the guy behind the counter tells me he doesn’t even know how to make a print book!!!!! Extremely unprofessional and poorly trained staff at this store

This Walgreens is the worst. The employees are rude, not much help and look like they dislike their job. Also the lock the entrance door way too early (11:30 ish) before closing at 12am to avoid a flux of late night consumers. This causes a deception that store is closed by the late night manager. I told two managers that it is a safety concern to lock entrance door way before closing because incoming and outgoing customers flood the only door that is opened managers didn't care and look disgruntled but did NOT address the issue. This half an hour entrance door closing practice continues til today. SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!

Would you believe that Walgreens with its 10,000 plus stores is not profitable. Their stock is at a 52-week low. But yet the pharmacy closes for lunch. Only good time for many of us to drop off or pick up our prescriptions. Now at 4pm waiting in a long line to do so. Customer service has completely gone out the window. Customers are no longer the priority. That’s why a huge company like Walgreens loses money. It’s that simple. I don’t however have a problem with any employee there. I usually get good service when it’s available.

The store manager, Brian, is amazing! He's so helpful and actually goes out of his way to help customers instead of asking an employee to do it.

There is a very rude lady that works for print stand!Really she needs to change her behavior because it is incredible that they don't know how to be a good person and don't know how to treat customers. As a people we suppose to help each other but i just saw her bad attitude ??♀️Don't go here if looking for passport photo! She just took one photo and never showed me how i looked in the pic. And when i asked her could you do 6 prints of it she said you told me 2 in first so i said can you do still 6 ? She said pfffffffftttttr??? What? I worked many places but never said my customers “pffft”. There are millions of people out for this job, nobody deserves behaving like that.0 stars!

I have had multiple issues with the pharmacy at this location, which has ended in the pharmacy manager hanging up on me. Their system was unable to properly process my insurance, so I was told that when I came back for my next refill, the amount that I was forced to pay out of pocket would be refunded. The pharmacy manager claims that no one could have told me that because that is not their policy, and when I tried explaining that perhaps she should review that with her employees, as that was exactly what I was told, she hung up on me. (I had already asked if there was anyone else I could speak to. She said no.)They will frequently tell you that your prescription is no longer valid because they only last for 30 days. Last time I actually submitted my refill request on the 30th day, but I was still told the same thing, and it was rejected. Apparently they need to physically acquire the medication and successfully fill it within 30 days, so if you are looking for some thing, uncommon or with stock issues, this is a major hazard. They will not honor either of the refills I have on my anxiety medication, which I cannot get a new prescription for as that doctor is now out of net work. And the pain medication I take every day cost me 41 times the amount it should under my insurance. (Which again, was fully paid, had my insurance card, but was forced to pay out of pocket due to *their* system.)A very upsetting situation with absolutely no consideration for the fact that you are dealing with necessary medication. There was absolutely no need to have been callous about it.

Honestly this location usually has my partner and I waiting on line for like 45+ minuts for just one script that was there already waiting to be picked up.

They SMILE and say hello. They stop what they're doing to help you. They don't just point in the direction and say aisle #whatever. They take you to what you're looking for and help you find it.They helped me with the photo machine and walked me through the steps because I get really confused with computer stuff. The shelves are very tidy and organized. One Christmas I had the Grandchildren over for dinner and gift giving. My Niece showed up with her friend with 6 kids.I panicked because I did have enough food, but no gifts for the additional 6 kids.I found Walgreens open and Christmas was saved.Gifts for all!If I live to be 110, I'll never forget Walgreens and that very special Christmas. ?I LOOOVE WALGREENS BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE!THANK YOU WALGREENS.Congratulations to the people who train their staff. ✌️

Incompetent and rude pharm tech. They sent me a request, then asked 1001 questions on the patient. I told my patient to find a family pharmacy, because these chains hire useless people. As a physician, I've never been treated with such disrespect; before I could get her name, she hung up on me. Walgreens lost an entire family of patients.

I had a horrible experience in the store the cashier told me to put in my Walgreens card for the customer in front of me I told them no because it was going to take my rewards they said no it wouldn't not only did that lady take my rewards then when I went to go pay for my things the Spanish cashier with the blonde hair had the nerve to tell me that I didn't know what I was doing I told her what the guy cashier just did they both ignored me the manager didn't know what she was doing an chose to walk away. I just think it's ridiculous because I've been in retail management for over 35 years and never in my life would hire somebody who doesn't know how to do their jobs that's why I rather order because they don't even know what they're doing it's ridiculous and to tell a customer that they don't know what they're doing are you kidding me I shop at Walgreens at least three times a week the North Bergen store is the worst store ever I'm just going to stick to the store on Anderson avenue and the one in Edgewater where they have their heads on right.
