Used to have a great manager. Now, the employees at this location seem miserable and unfriendly. The cashier cut me off mid-sentence to ask for payment, even though my card was already out—rude. Another employee just pointed “it’s right there” when I asked for help. If customer service is too hard, maybe find a job that doesn’t involve people. No need to come to work with a bad attitude. Hope corporate monitors these comments and does something. Going to avoid Walgreens as much as possible.

This is attention to the Store Manager, Pharmacy Manager, District Manager:
You are understaffing the pharmacy to the point that your skeleton crew can't service both drive thru and walk in customers. I have waited at the pharmacy drive thru many times for 5 to 10 minutes without a staff member ever coming. In the past after waiting so long I have pressed the call button and was actually asked to leave the drive thru and come inside because the available staff were too busy to come over. What's the point of having a building with a drive thru if it can't be reliably used by your customers?
As well, it is extremely difficult to get a pharmacy staff member on the phone when needing to ask a question or resolve an issue. You keep getting placed on hold over and over and over as your own hold queue times out and starts ringing the staff again. This is not the fault of the pharmacy staff, this is the fault of management for not staffing the pharmacy appropriately. Your staff are not super human and have yet to gain the power to be in two places at once.
None of this is acceptable and has only gotten worse in the past years. I repeat, this is the fault of management and not the overstretched and miniscule staff you actually put on the schedule. I will be reevaluating my family's relationship with Walgreens if this situation doesn't improve.

If you want to complicate your day because they are unable to handle simple requests, like getting a vaccine done, come here. They will make you cry out of frustration and put as many obstacles as possible. I should have listened to the lady in front of me that told me “good luck” as she was walking out. Extremely unprofessional.

I always shop at this walgreens. The store is close to my house. The lady at the register is always very helpful kind and sweet she always help when I'm looking for a product and when I'm checking out she very polite and works fast. You should hire more cashier like her responsible and experienced
