Due to cancelation flight, air canada accommodate four of us in this hotel.My daughter has broken leg and ankle, did her surgery 3 days ago and have to go back to her home in Vancouver Hotel receptionist did not have any wheelchair to assist her to her room #412.I was wondering that why airline send all wheelchair passengers in that hotel with is not facilitate with required equipment.Receptionist offered me his revolving chair to assist her to the room which is not safe and also can't move on the carpet.it was pathetic service and I must say lack off training, Two guys at the reception did not know any thi g because at the checkout ,when I again requested for wheelchair the receptionist was a young girl, very humbled listened my request and been told that she has wheelchair in store room and will provide me shortly.But again lack of training, I didn't hear anything from her , My daughter struggled a lot with help of walker when we stepped out from elevator in the lobby, the wheelchair was sitting over there.Please please if you are accepting special requests people , provide them required assesibility.I must say please trained your staff with basic requirements of hospitality.

The rooms were clean and spacious. There must be a bar or club close because we heard loud music/ bass until about 3am. They charged us $400 for incidental fees which apparently you can pay in cash but no one told us that til the morning. I was prepared to pay an incidental fee but $400 is ridiculous. I also understand that the rates will be raised for holidays but I basically paid $800 to hardly sleep for a few hours. The gentleman who was working Christmas eve morning was very helpful and pleasant.

Great experience and special thank you to the shuttle driver- I believe his name is Marco. I spoke with Rush the supervisor commended him on the great service we received with his driver. I traveled with my little girls and as most parents would know, it’s not the easiest. Friendly and attentive. Great jobRooms: Modern and clean.

What a dump, The Nasty hallway carpet, Lobby furniture floors, and rooms are not clean properly, stained sheets, AC stinks, front desk staff is useless. Most don't even care or smile, only a lady in the morning was somewhat pleasant. No where near other Wyndham Garden we have stayed.We felt very uncomfortable while hotel has a strong smell of Marijuana everywhere. There were too many signs including elevator but no execution of policy but hotel took $200 deposit per sure.Building seems very nice and hotel in good area but just not kept right

Really loved the guest services at the front desk, Christine and Jess are wonderfully friendly, accommodating, and very helpful! Our room was clean, I appreciate their services. The view from our room was also beautiful, my mom and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the stay and the complimentary drink!

Not worth it for the money We spent. No free breakfast, no swimming pool, no microwave inside the room, heater wasn't working, water from the faucet wasn't running good. And most of all their customer service was terrible, rude and unhelpful.

Stayed here for the pats- giants game, the room was really nice and the view was cool. Check in the easy. The free shuttle to the game was nice but they wouldnt pick us up until 5:30 and the game ended at 4 so we had to take a train to Secaucus Junction and then uber back to the hotel.The breakfast was the worst breakfast Ive ever had and was a complete waste of $15, DONT DO IT.Overall I would stay here again, just go down the road to the bagel place for breakfast.

Probably the most uninviting place I’ve ever stayed. Guests are not greeted, rather the staff doesn’t acknowledge you at all. Upon arrival, the place is rundown and could use major updating in public areas. The hallways were dirty, stained & had an odor. Surprisingly, the rooms were updated, clean & comfortable. We felt safe & appreciated the free parking. Breakfast would have been nice but all they had was a vending machine & broken coffee machine. There’s a restaurant next to the main lobby. We didn’t eat there because again, it looked dirty & broken down, from the tattered carpet to the paper towel dispenser half falling off the wall in the restroom. Simple fixes completely ignored. Though the room was great, the rest of the hotel & lack of friendliness from staff has us never planning to return.

Flew in on a red eye. So we booked the night before so we can check in soon as we get into town. Our room was not ready. Front desk girl was rude to not just us but everyone. Acting as if she is entitled a crown. We get to our room and it’s hot and muggy and just ugly. Not worth the price. Never stay here if you are needing just a good place to stay. The abandoned hotel down the road looks more hospitable than this.

What should have been an 18 minute shuttle ride according to Google maps took over an hour at one in the morning. That's after calling repeatedly and waiting for the shuttle half an hour. After the driver picked me up the receptionist called and told him to give some lost guys a ride to their hotel. So we turned around and picked up a few drunk guys and went way out of the way to drop them off. Then we had to make another stop to pick up a girl who took a shuttle to the wrong hotel because she'd waited an hour for Wyndhams at the airport and it never showed. I didn't get to the hotel until 2am.Then when we get to the hotel the receptionist doesn't seem to know anything. If I give you my name you should see in your system my reservation and details. But the guy had to ask if I had a reservation and whether or not I paid yet. It's literally your job to know this.I fully expect more stupidity when I check out in the morning.

The Airline United send us here cause of a cancelled flight.The hotel rooms are okay.The food which is provided by a restaurant in the hotel is not good but if u got no choice it’s okay.Keep in mind that if you order food with the vouchers the airline gave you they might add Texas on the price.The Shuttle seems to be only one driver who will leave every hour.Take all that in consideration.Rooms: Clean rooms.Food & drinks: Food seems not to be provided by the hotel but there is a restaurant in the hotel nevertheless.

HUGE shout out to Asmaa at the front desk. I had called her a few days prior to our check in and I am glad I did! She gave us very helpful information. She was also working when we had our stay and helped us understand the bus/transportation routes to and from the city, and where to go. She showed us the nearest bus stops from the hotel which happen to be a mere 5-7 minute walk. She was very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The location of the hotel is super convenient and the rooms are nice!! We loved the shower in our room. We will absolutely remember the Wyndham Garden North Bergen for our next NYC trip. Thanks to Asmaa and Wyndham for making our trip that much better!

Overall pretty good. Rooms were nice comfy and clean. Coffee machine was out of order and the bar opens at 5pm which kind of wasn't ideal (went for Giants game, having a drink at 2 would of been nice after traveling) but was exactly what I needed. A nice comfy safe spot to sleep before driving back home in the morning. I would definitely book here again

Room was nice and roomy, but they forgot to clean the shower. We were here due to overbooking on airline. We were in a hurry to catch our flight and I showered in the morning. Well, there was hair in the drain and shampoo slipped and dried on the wall. It could use some mildew cleaner and a scrub brush on the lower half. Didn't stop me from showing but the cleaning staff should be put on check. The place is far from busy so they should have time to clean up. Other than that it was a good room. Very basic and comfy. Guy at desk could act like he's happy to have guests checking in and greet your guests with a warm smile ?☺️.Like the pull down shade art. Very ?.Rooms: Very spacious and modern.
