It was absolutely an amazing experience! I absolutely loved the customer service that Curtis gave us. Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. I especially recommend speaking with Curtis, he will guide you and accommodate you the best way possible! He answered all of our questions and concerns and even gave us advice on the best way to go about with certain things. This man for sure deserves a raise and big recognition by the company!!

My experience renting a unit at Access Self storage was easy, the rep was very friendly & helpful, and I got a great deal for the first 2 months. Would, and have, recommended the location to friends and family. They even have a sprinter van you can use for free as part of your rental agreement! Only thing that mildly concerns me is the access ramp to load and unload your cars. There is frequently broken glass in the area so you need to be mindful of your tires. But all in all, really good experience so far.

Curtis, the manager, worked with me when I went in today. The process was quick and easy. Curtis was kind enough to listen to my needs and then educate me on how to get the most bang for my buck.
10/10 I recommend.
