“Love the store and selection. Staff are very willing to be helpful. They are limited due to understaffing so sometimes a long wait at cutting table or register or if you have a question. Great fabric selection. Best big box store for yarn. Should bring in prym hooks and needles.”

To my amazement, a human being actually answers the telephone after only a few rings, versus most stores offering a taped message with a variety of rerouting options before someone picks up your call. The sales women at this store are extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. I normally have merchandise sent to my home and the sales staff is always very thorough in taking all the information down correctly. My items never take more than 2 days to arrive and everything is packaged safely and securely. They take customer service to another level.”
