“10/10 loved this store. The customer service was excellent. Dawn spent a good amount of time walking me through all my options and she explained everything with great detail. I will definitely be back with my daughter for the crafts they offer! Cant believe this store was under my nose this whole time, I thought it was a textbook store 😅.”
“I absolutely love coming here! Every time I visit, I end up finding exactly what I need for my projects—and usually a whole lot more that I didn’t know I needed! ?”

“I usually go to Michael's in Watchung because its closer to my house. I work around the corner from this Michael's. The size of this store is so much larger than the other store. It was almost overwhelming. However, it was clean, and the associate towards the front of the store was very helpful. Not the friendliest but helpful. I'd prefer the customer service in Watchung.”
