“We went for travel information and were able to sit down with Nicole. We gave very specific details about what we wanted on this trip. Nicole took notes and restated what we wanted. She then printed out an itinerary with flights, cars and hotels. Unfortunately, when we got home and looked it all over, many errors were made. We wanted nonstop flights yet were quoted on flights with 1 stop layover. Car rental was also incorrect. We had to book it all ourselves separately. Office was clean and staff were very nice”
