I want to thank Caliber Collision, George, and the whole team for an exceptional, and I mean exceptional, customer service experience. They were able to take my car right away, made the phone calls for the rental car, and drove me to the rental car place (Enterprise, where I also had a good experience). Caliber stayed in touch during the time my vehicle was being repaired. I never had to call and check. Upon completion of a beautiful job, I was able to drop my rental car at Caliber and not have to run around. Getting sideswiped and having to get a car fixed is never pleasant, and Caliber basically removed most of the stress from that experience. I am very grateful for the care taken on multiple levels.Services: Painting

I was all set to bring my car there when I was told that the last minute that they don't work on electric cars. I think they really need to look at the future or become dinosaurs. My main issue was not being told they do not work on EVs after I waited over a month to bring my car to them. I am upping my review rating because besides Caliber doing great work on a ICE car in the past they were conscientious enough to reach out after this review and explain they are working on getting educated on working on EVs in the near future.

Stay away from this shop! If I could give 0 stars I would. I found them through the select service locator from my insurance company. I had an accident end of August 2022 and agreed to wait almost a month for them to give me an estimate for repairs. Not sure why I had to wait a month for an estimate since it took them a while 5-10 minutes to look at my car and take a few pictures. I was told that I would get a phone call to schedule repairs. After a few days still not getting the phone call, I called in to find out what the status was. Was told the girl who schedules was at lunch and she would call when she got back. Never got the call back. Called again a day or so later and was told that they were going to order the parts and then once the parts came in, I’d get a phone call. Again I wait a week or so, no phone call. I call again and am told by a girl the parts are back ordered. Again I wait another couple weeks trusting that they had ordered the parts. I call them today and ask the girl for proof the parts were ordered as my insurance company sent me a letter stating that the car hasn’t been fixed or that they did not see anything scheduled. At this point they have closed the claim. The girlPuts me on hold and comes back and tells me that the parts were in fact never ordered because they are not staffed properly and that they weren’t going to order parts since they weren’t sure when they would be able to fix my car. I told her I would have appreciated if they would have been honest since the beginning instead of lying and stringing me along for over two months. She put me on hold and put the manager on the phone. I expressed I was upset and why and asked for him to make this situation right. Instead he kept trying to give me the run around and making excuses and telling me I only called twice. Which is irrelevant since I shouldn’t have been having to call so many times. Told him if he would like I’d pull up my call logs to show when I called and the time I was on the phone with their staff. I asked that he answer one simple question, when can you get my car in to be fixed. He would not give me a date and started saying he had to order parts first. I asked for him to order parts and that I wanted proof the parts were ordered since I could not just take their word. His response, “if you’re so unhappy with us, then why do you still want to bring your car here?” I was allowing them an opportunity to correct the issue but it is clear they did not want my business. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Had they just been honest I could have continued to look for a shop that would fix my vehicle, now to find a new shop with the holidays approaching will just make it much more difficult. They wasted my time.

I contacted them on 11/22/22 after tge indurance company suggedted them. Getting someone on the phone proved to be a challenge. Apparently this is a franchise of sorts. Finally, when I spoke to a lady at this location I explained that I needed a 10 minute insurance estimate. She said I had to make an appointment and the next available was 25 calendar days later! I asked to speak to a manager and some gentleman came on the line with an attitude and insisted that I had to wait almost a month to begin to get my car fixed. I informed the insurance company that they were not at all accommodating and sugest you prefer to go to a shop where they respect the customer.

Caliber has been my go to shop for any of my car repairs. Most recently my vehicle was towed to North Brunswick- it was a seamless process from start to finish, with updates regularly. The team here went above and beyond to make my Mazda look even better than it did before the accident. This location is a select service shop for State Farm and I do believe they work with all insurance companies. Caliber Collision should be everyone’s top pick when it comes to any auto body repairs.Services: Painting
