“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”

“Excellent experience! I went to look for a baptism outfit for my son (1.5 weeks before the event). I live over an hour away from the shop. I had exceptional customer service and was able to text and receive pictures of options that they had in stock in my son’s size. I received 16 images via text, made the drive, and had a wonderful experience. We left with a beautiful outfit, hat, socks, shoes and a bib. Highly recommend!”

She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, She took the time to help me find what I needed, and was even nice enough to get me a cart! I jokingly said I wish I could hire her as my personal shopper. I originally came to your store for a few items and after Lynne's help I purchased over $1000 ! I was extremely hot after all the shopping and Lynne was nice enough to give me a fan ! I wish I could have opened a JCP card to save some extra money on my purchase, but in this economy I don't know anyone that wants to add more debt on to their budget. I haven't been to your store in quite some time but as long as Lynne is there to help I will definitely be back. It's so refreshing to have a dedicated employee that makes shopping a great experience. She is a rare find now-a-days. Thanks for all your help Lynne!”

“I really like Once Upon A Child.

I have several children, and when they are super young, they rapidly go through clothes, therefore to have a second hand thrift shop to get clothes that are barely used, essentially brand new, and super inexpensive, is a really wonderful benefit.

They keep their clothes clean, they do their best at organization, they are usually quite friendly, they have neat sales and discounts quite regularly, the selections are usually fairly good and reliable through about 5 to 6 years old at least.

One thing though: there never seem to be many pajamas, barely any in fact. I've always wondered why.”

“Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.

Service was ok. Could be better .. billing can be a bit quick . Got some tshirts and shorts for my kid and itt for him well. Spent a decent amount for clothing . Liked it overall. ??”
