I had a disappointing experience at this store on March 14, 2025, around 2 PM. The cashier named I*****, was rude and unprofessional throughout my transaction.
When I approached for checking,I greeted her politely, but she just kept a poker face. After completing the payment, she placed my items on the counter without a bag. When I asked for one, she attempted to squeeze it into a small handleless bag. When that didn’t work, she became frustrated, grabbed a larger one, and THROW the item toward me. I was shocked by her behavior.
I am truly disappointed by this level of service. But I hope this matter is addressed to ensure other customers don’t face the same treatment.

They don't even deserve one star. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy.

Been on the phone for 20 minutes now waiting for them to pick up. I only go to them because they’re the only pharmacy in a 20 mile radius that have the meds I take in stock. But if you don’t have to go here. DO NOT.

This CVS location's pharmacy is by far the worst that I've been to in my area. They don't respond to phone calls, they don't respond to Dr. calls, they don't fill prescriptions that are called in. In fact it's so bad that other CVS locations can give you more info about the status of prescriptions you have at this location than the location it was sent to.

My doctor called in my meds, and they only refilled one. They refuse to look through the voicemails so they can refill it. Luckily I found two extras in my room but looks like my life will be miserable and I could have a seizure. Thanks cvs for ruining my health

Got returned twice, and could not get my child a flu shot. Offered to wait but was denied. Poor sense of customer service.

Years ago they were better. Now they are unresponsive and slow. You are better off switching pharmacies.

Worst CVS PHARMACY ever! I’m not sure if it is poor training or the employees have no sense of urgency. They always look confused. I have been given conflicting information from one of the pharmacists. Would not recommend as a pharmacy to use more than once.

Very poor service. You cannot speak with a pharmacist and if you do not have a mobile or landline phone you are out of luck. Fails are to serve other who do not speak either English or a form of Spanish.

I'm a healthcare provider at a very busy Urgent Care near this pharmacy and many of my patients use this pharmacy. I haven't been able to get through to a person at the store or in that pharmacy for 3 months. I've left at least 10 voicemails letting them know this is a problem and nobody ever returns calls to the office or even my personal cell phone in spite repeated calls and messages. Patient care is suffering b/c we dont know what medication and dosages patients are on. The phone tree puts everyone into voicemail regardless of the selections made on the phone tree--I've made every different combination. Fix this so your patients can have good continuity of care

Embarrassingly long wait times over one hour in the drive thru with less than 3 cars, staff doesn’t even attempt to answer the phone. I have epilepsy and they won’t fill my script for my seizure medication. This isn’t even the first time. They don’t understand the medical danger they put their clients in. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

The service is terrible. There is a girl who is Latina who works in the morning. I speak to her in Spanish and she gets angry because she doesn't like to speak in Spanish and she didn't give me my medicine. I don't recommend it.
