I drove a little over an hour to this location because they were advertised as being open until 9 PM. I arrived just in time at 8:20, only to find the doors already locked. I understand that each location may have different closing times, but it was clear that he was making up his closing time on the spot.

gone inside twice , everytime it’s time for me to check out at self-checkout an employee comes over and tries to do it for me. Even when there are other customers checking out.

The store is fine but don't do self checkout for your customers and give out automatic 10s on the rating. Tacky.
