I've been going to this salon since 2019. Julie is my go to person for my gel manicure and pedicures. She has magic in her hands that make my manicures last and I only have to go back because my nails grow out and not because my nail polish chipped. Julie always has a smile on her face and is super helpful when I can't decide on what color I want to do. She never is pushy and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend getting an appointment with Julie if you do go.Price: $100

The service and quality has really gone down here. The nail tech scratched my nails when I wanted just a regular manicure and then proceeded to be rude about it. She also did a terrible job and didn’t clean up my cuticles and the skin around around it. I do not recommend this place. Definitely miss Beverly. Not coming back here again.

Beverly is the best nail tech i will miss her so much but unfortunately the owner is very rude. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years with their VIP card. We agreed on a price before I got anything done. Then it when it was time to pay she up charged me $45 out of nowhere. I don't understand why she did that to me..... She made a big seen yelling at me for no reason at all....I will never come back to this establishment ever again..... BE CARE YOU MIGHT BE THE NEXT VICTIM!!!!!

I had a terrible experience. First of all I got charged $120 for a gel manicure and a pedicure. They didn’t even did a great job. Pls DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!

DONT GO!!! Imma say it louder for the people in the back , DONT GO!!! Clearly I went back to get my nails done again, as ACRYLIC set I got done 2 weeks ago FELL OFF COMPLETELY, I been going to them for 1 year now every 3 weeks! And they always last for 3 weeks or longer!! Somehow this time they fell off in LESS THAN 2 weeks ! And then they wanna CHARGE ME FULL RATE, like I don’t mind paying I understand you DID A WHOLE SET AGAIN, but I SHOULDVE BEEN HONORED A DISCOUNT!! I literally asked for a $5 discount and she started YELLING/SCREAMING AND THREATENING ME, saying she’s gonna call the cops! Being the fact that it was 7pm and I have to get home I just paid to shut her up. But YOU DONT SCREAM at a loyal customer, that simply asked for a 5 dollar discount because YOUR TECHNICIAN didn’t do it right the first time. The owner has a disgusting attitude!!! DONT GO I REPEAT! Also her rates always fluctuate, never the same rate. So keep that in mind !

It’s very bad service they didn’t do nails I expected to do it plus they ask me for tip from 15%-20% of tip. When I told them tip which not something to ask which I decide to give they give me a look saying person spend 1 hour to do my nails. Well Well I have been to other places and they all spend more then hour but they don’t ask you for tip ofc they expect but not ask. I would never go back to this place again even though it’s closer to my house and I will tell my friends and family as well not to visit

I went today to do my feet and the pedicure was good until it came to the acrylic and polishing my toes the work was mad lumpy and when I told the owner she was expecting me to pay 55 for everything even tho the work was not good..when it came to pay the owner asked me to leave a tip after I complained and said the work is not good and it's clearly lumpy I was told that the lady spent one hour to do my toes and I explained to her that the work is lumpy and I'm not obligated to tip anyone of the work is not it I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER EVER AGAIN at the end the customer service was very POOR I do not recommend anyone to go there

Bad service, had a 1pm appointment with Julie, arrived 10 min early, waited until 130 for another girl to start taking off my nail polish. The girl proceeded to cut my acrylic nails, and chipped and misshaped them. Julie then took over, was in a rush, left my nails lumpy, crooked and uneven, very sloppy painting my nails, got nail polish all over my cuticle and underneath my nails, had to go home and file around my nails to fix the blobs of gel polish she left around my nails, skin, and cuticle. When I asked her if she knew how to do a marble design she told me just do plain polish instead. I guess she was too “ in a rush” or in a bad mood. This is not the first unfriendly encounter I have had there. Would not recommend anyone to go there, and def not going back. Extremely disappointed!Service: Acrylic nails

The workers here are very professional and kind. The manager, Julie, is amazing at nail art and can perfectly replicate references nail photos exactly! I love getting my nails done by her and go here all the time!!

First, I'm generally not a complainer but the workmanship of my gel French manicure is, sloppy. It's strange the base color is mis colored by the nail beds. I.e. darker and lighter in some spots and bubbles on some nails. I showed the lady that did my nails and she is ignored me. I then showed the cashier and asked if there is anything that can be done to fix it. She said it's supposed to look that way. I had my nails done a different place two weeks ago and that is not true. I paid and left.... I will not be going back and I recommend you don't go either. Steer clear and chose a different please!!

I used to be a very consistent customer at this nail salon and had been going for over 3 years. After my experience today with the staff and owner not only will I not be ever coming back but I also will not be recommending this place to anyone else.I had a pedicure done today by a new staff member which was fine, however the new staff completely messed up my pedicure, making my toenails different lengths and shapes and she had to redo the color twice as it was coming out streaky and going all over my toes. I let it go because she was new, however after her third time reapplying the color and it still didn't look good, the staff member next to her noticed and finished my toes for me. She fixed the color but when I asked her to fix the shape she said she had to go back to her other customer.The owner did come and apologize at the end of my pedicure after taking a look at my toes while my toes were drying and said she could fix it but I told her at that point I had been at the salon for over an hour and half for a pedicure and couldn't stay longer. When it was time to pay I said I dont think I should have to pay full price since I was extremely unsatisfied and my toes didn't look right.. she said no and was extremely rude. the service, unprofessionalism and lack of customer loyalty was extremely disappointing. Do not waste your time or money here.. find a salon that cares about its customers and satisfaction.Services: Manicures

completely messed up my mani and pedi and the owner was very rude. the other nail ladies also weren't wearing gloves or cleaning tools to my notice. unsanitary as well

I used to be a consistent customer here, but after the experience I had today I will not be coming back. I went in for a pedicure and the woman they had do my pedicure must be new as I did not recognize her. She completely messed up my toes, made them different shapes and length and messed up the polish twice until I asked for someone else to fix it. Somebody else was kind enough to fix it but when I asked for the shapes to look the same she didn't fix it. The owner came to apologize while my nails were drying and when she saw my toes said she could fix them but I told her I couldn't stay there longer as I had my toes redone three times already and it had been over an hour and a half and I had somewhere to go. When I went to pay I said I don't think I should have to pay full price or I should be able to come in the next day to get it fixed when I have more time and she said I either get it fixed now or I can't come back and either way I have to pay full price. As someone who has been coming to this salon for 3 years it's sad to say I won't be coming back due to my horrible experience today. There is no loyalty to their customers, I suggest not wasting your money here.
