I read the reviews for Shin Brothers Jewelers and they had great reviews and I didn’t know much about chains. I went in and met Mr. Shin and his team and they were awesome. The lady that helped me was friendly and taught me the differences between the links, widths, and lengths. She was the nicest lady and we had a great conversation while looking at chains. I noticed they had 3 Rolex watches available for purchase. I tried on a 36mm Oyster Perpetual Datejust with the fluted bezel and a blue dial in mint condition and told them that I wanted a day to think about the purchase. Vivian held the watch for me after I called later that day and I purchased it the following morning. This is a family run business and they have another location in Red Bank. “Raj Jewels not just sells quality jewelry, precious stones and bullion, but they focus on building relationships - building a Raj Jewels customer "family". That should explain why we are Raj Jewels customers for over 25 years, even when we have to drive over 3 hours to reach them. I'll describe two very recent examples to show how they care. (1) We liked a pair of kadha-s for our would-be daugter-in-law but needed in bigger size. Vishal-ji said they can be made in that size but would take a certain number of weeks. We said we need a little sooner than that. He noted down the date we needed by, and got it by that date for us. Once the pair were made, we were even sent the pictures before shipping. Only for the timely care Vishal-ji took, we could give the right size kadha-s at the engagement. (2) After the engagement ceremony, we slightly damaged the locking mechanism of one of the kadha-s. Yesterday evening we took that to Raj Jewels and showed to Vishal-ji. He promptly got that fixed at no cost to us, and with his ever smily face. Everyone there are very caring, patient, reliable and very helpful. We also bought from them online and had the same good experience. Goes without saying, we'll remain loyal members of this "family".
