I am a 30+ year customer of the Malouf Dealerships... Was unable to open the driver's side door of my 2012 Cadillac CTS (37,000 original miles)... Informed by the service department that door latch was stuck (from what I read online, probably the actuator), estimated $1,130. Ok'd estimate, but when I got the bill ($1,216.74 with tax), I was shocked to see (pretax) parts of $218, and $850 labor... While I realize entering the car was NOT easy, I find it hard to believe Cadillac did not have a procedure for mechanics to follow that required somewhat less time to get the door open to replace parts... $850 is "PROHIBITIVE"!!!Further no discount was applied to reduce the pain for, a very long time, loyal customer... VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED...

The parts I ordered were completely misrepresented in the photo on their website and I did not get what I need. When I contacted them they said that's the picture from GM's website. When I asked them why they allow inaccurate photos to misrepresent what they're selling I got no response.

First off in a day when car dealers treat you like an assembly line, Malouf Cadillac and Chevy are just the opposite. Gene Ponti, Bill T and Kevin (finance manager) are engaging, knowledgeable and the LISTEN. Just picked up our 4th car in 3 years from Malouf and while we could have gone anywhere, we keep coming back. They are honest and fair. I originally thought this one was going to be an XT5 but Gene asked me to give the CT5 a look and I am so grateful I did! Love the car and the ride!!I ended up with the exact car and packages - a rarity today when often your forced to settle for slightly different than your dream car. Dennis is the best. He helped me get a Chevy Equinox in one day. He was helpful, kind, and straight-forward. My parents previously leased two Cadillac's from Malouf and Dennis helped them out. This will be my place for all my future cars! Thanks again, Dennis for making this a painless process.

Well, I been with Cadillac for 6 years in lease XT5. Now, I am at the end of my lease looking to turn it in June 2023 and they cannot help me into another lease for the money I was paying. I can understand everything has gone up, but I believed once with Cadillac you are a family member for life. They want to increase my monthly payments by $200 extra, when I was in the 4 hundred range, which does not make any sense financially. You would think they want to keep their loyal customers, but that is not the case. I am so disappointed in Malouf and how they are handling me after 6 years of patriotism. If you can pay what they say, than you are out of the Cadillac business. Instead of finding a way to keep your payment manageable they don't care. The numbers don't add up and sometimes they have to say no and goodbye I've been told by Joe. I never missed a payment my credit is pretty dam good and this is the treatment I receive. If I want to refinance to keep my car, I was told I would be paying over $600 with a 9 month warranty. They will take my car and certify it and sell it for more and put a longer warranty on it, but there is no way they can help me out. Please make it make sense. Some family.............

I was referred to go check out Malouf Cadillac for service. They are 40 mins away from me and I pass 2 other Cadillac dealers to go there. I made an appointment which I had to wait 2 weeks for. Sure no problem. I know everyone is backed up these days. I came in for an engine ticking noise and a door handle that stopped working as it should. The little lock and unlock button stopped working. As they inspected the vehicle they noticed the ticking noise and told me that they can’t fix it at the moment and if I would leave it there the job would take about a month. Oh and no loaner car can be provided. That’s a great start. They also told me to try another Cadillac dealer for the repair and maybe the other dealer would take it sooner. So I did and went to my local dealer and they fixed in 2 days and gave me a loaner. (Crown Cadillac). Back to Malouf. They looked at the door handle and confirmed it does not work. I was working with Jeanine. She seemed very nice as I waited to hear back from her. She told me that she would have the door handle in a weeks time and then would have to get sent to the body shop for paint. I waited 2 weeks and never heard back so I made a follow up call. She told me that they received the door handle and that it would go to the body shop any day. I waited 3 more weeks and followed up again and another lady answered me and looked into it and still it didn’t go to the body shop. I was told this 3 months ago and to this day no one has called me to let me know anything. I had no choice but to go to my local Cadillac dealers service dept that has never let me down. (Crown Cadillac ). They inspected it and told me they have to order a module and that the door handle does not have to be completely replaced or painted. What are they doing at Malouf. Not only did they give me a loaner car right away they fixed it within 3 days. I will never go back for service to Malouf again. That was a terrible experience and I am disgusted.

Absolutely trash of a dealership. Absolute breakdown of communication, waiting for a quote on a lease for 3 days not one person followed up with what they said they would do. I was promised by Dennis to get a call back twice that never happened. The only salesman I would recommend is Marques Sanchez since he actually got me an offer a month ago when I called. Unfortunately he is out on training. What a disappointment to the brand name, this is not how Cadillac customers should be treated especially when you pay top dollar for a car

Found an XT5 at this dealership through a third-party website, emailed and made an early morning appointment for a Saturday. When I arrived, I found a very nice showroom, Frank Sinatra playing in the background and was offered donuts and coffee. Took the vehicle for a test drive and decided to talk numbers. They low balled my trade by $3.5k and said, “we can’t sell a Toyota Avalon.” Really… The car was an XLE Premium in pristine condition that I had driven less than 10k miles per year. So I took my car and my $30k and spent it another Cadillac dealership where I was given top dollar for my trade. BTW, that dealership sold my car in exactly two weeks. Won’t be back to this dealership. Enjoy the donuts boys!
