Waited two full hours for a simple oil change. Back to Jiffy Lube for me. They, also, charged me more than at any other place i've been to.

I highly recommend Malouf Lincoln for anyone considering purchasing an auto!!!I was treated with respect and felt Marlo (sales) listened to my issues and was there to help. She was knowledgeable about the auto, the process of buying the car, and was dedicated to customer satisfaction. I did not feel any high-pressure sales.Don (sales manager) was also knowledgeable and reassuring about my concerns.The customer focus continued on the day I picked up the car. I was given a facility tour, met key folks that will be assisting me for the time I have my car, and training on the technology options in my car.I was given a clear, detailed explanation and understood my pricing and financing.I felt like a part of the Malouf Family. I plan on being a lifetime customer.

Came in to buy a ford explorer and was matched up with Mo Lange and go took the time to understand what I wanted and to show me whatever vehicles I wanted to see. He was efficient, friendly and fun to negotiate with. I walked out of here today after buying my ford explorer feeling great and having a great experience. Top class customer service by Mo was the highlight of my visit.

Chris was very good about keeping me in the loop with my order. I ordered a ford maverick, and it takes a long time to get those made. He kept me in the loop. Thanks, Chris!Edit: I received the truck, couldn't be happier with Chris or Malouf. They knew I went through a lot waiting for Ford to build the truck. There was also an add-on that I wanted removed, and it wasn't too much of a headache. They understood and didn't make a fuss. Very professional and I'll be a returning customer

Worst possible customer service, I spoke with a sales guy (I never got his name) and then his boss, Gram. Long story short, I leased a vehicle in NY, I want to purchase the vehicle now. After speaking with the dealer in NY and Ford credit, they both told me to go to a dealer closer to my home to file the paperwork. I was told at Malouf that because of a bad past experience with another customer, they would not help and told me to go back to the original dealer. After I left, I again called Ford credit to confirm where I could go. He assured me that I should have been able to take care of it there, and he apologized for them. They won't be seeing me in that dealer again for any business. Zero stars would be more appropriate for customer service here.

Priced to high and there was negative feedback on my repair and i was not asked if I wanted to repair any part of my repair request. i felt with the high price and negative feedback that they did not want to invest time in the work. I was very disappointed .

I am beyond upset with this dealer I took the vehicle to be fixed but instead of them fixing the problem they damage the vehicle by using wrong coolant, the air conditioner was not fixed and they lied that it was, I paid a lot for the services I lost days at work but ended up having more issues than I had before, I complained with the manager about it but they took the money and do not want to give me a refund.

Obnoxious and led to me about pricing. Bought a used car there for my son 2 days after pulling out the lot the headlight went out. Called no response till finally we thought we got somewhere. They agreed to split costs of the repair which according to Mazda would be 1400 just for parts. We bought a ballast for 600 and was told by them to bring it back. However the service department is awful. Brought my car in to have the light fixed which included the ballast. They took the ballast I bought from my back seat that was to be returned. Specifically asked them 3x that the price included ballast. They even told me to return it. Lied directly To me when they fixed it and never said that and used my part that should of never touched. Going to Mazda directly would of been better and my light still isn't working correctly. Will never buy a new or used car from them again!! At this point I am not even sure they did the oil change that we paid for. Horrible service, 5 hours n they took a part from my car that they shouldn't have touched. Brand new in my backseat never opened. Ended spending twice as much. Bob devito lied and acted like he was right and never said what he said.

Everyone at this dealership is serious about customer service. Before coming to Malouf, I went to many, many, dealers – both large and small - searching for a car to replace the one I lost in the tornado.I worked most closely with James Lennon - my salesman, Graham Kirby – the deal manager, and Maureen Waters – who did the paperwork. They all gave me first class service . I would work with any and all of them again. I was also assisted by Joseph Steiner.I think the fact that they all work together so seamlessly has a lot to do with the fact that their approach feels so professional.

OMGoodness. It was Great! The Salesman were very Nive. I know that's their job, but they wemt way beyond. I took my hirlfriend/neighbor. She just wanted to look. And came home with a 2016 Ford Fusion very nice, indeed. The place is so clean and Friendly very nice guys

I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge in May, within 2 weeks the back camera stopped working. I called the service department and was told to bring it back where a extremely rude service employee named Joe said I owed 400.00 for the repair. After speaking with the sales manager Don we agreed to split the cost. Forward to July and the entire electronic board stops working, nothing working on entire dash. Back to the dealership ( mind you I live over a hour away) where the quote was 1200.00 with Don promising to work with us on the price. After 3 months I get a call that they have a refurbished part since new ones are still on back order.It seems the repair came to 2100.00 with no approval for that amount!! After getting Don involved again he lowered it to 1600.00 final.I found the service department to be unbelievably arrogant, rude and who have difficulty with the truth. A bunch of old grumpy men who should not be dealing with the public! Sorry Lisa.Ironically, that car is for my son and I am as I write this looking to purchase a new car for myself. Too bad Malouf, you lost a customer and good endorsement forever.

Malouf Ford and Lincoln is by far the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. Their service department is first class all the way! I highly recommend them!
