This MetroPCS store is by far my favorite one to go to after being helped by Ahmed. My phone that I previously purchased from MetroPCS a few years ago developed some trouble.Ahmed did a wonderful job through trial and error trying to fix the phone. I wanted to try everything I could before purchasing a new phone to see what the trouble was. Ahmed tried a few things to see if it could be salvaged. Unfortunately, the phone didn't respond, but the care, patience, and time Ahmed dedicated was something that will stick with me. I am happy with the recommendation of phone that I purchased to replace the old phone.In summary, I would recommend everyone I know to this MetroPCS. The customer service was amazing! I would trust Ahmed with giving advice and help to my grandpa, who would not know much about phones. I would trust him to help my grandpa's specific needs.Ahmed catered to my needs as a customer. He listened to me and took the time to do what he could on his end. You cannot get any better with customer service there!Overall, very happy! If you do not have this phone network, it is an easy decision with transferring over. The value of the plan and the customer service will NOT disappoint.
