Poor service or quality of tire they have provided. Spent money for new tire which got flat within a week and had to pay addional money for flat tire fix as well
On top I had to pay for towing by myself.

I had a very disappointing experience with their tire service. An older gentleman, who appeared to be in his mid 50s, gave me a lengthy lecture about how reliable their service was, and I trusted his word. I proceeded with a tire replacement for my Tesla Model Y, which cost me nearly $500. They assured me of a quick turnaround, yet I ended up waiting for over four hours.
Even worse, the tire was not fixed properly. I even started to doubt whether it was truly a new tire or a used one, as the PSI kept dropping every day. Eventually, my car broke down on the NJ Turnpike, resulting in a $400 towing charge back to their shop—plus another $60 for a flat tire repair.
If there is a definition of greed in the auto service industry, MR Tires in North Brunswick would be a prime example. The old gentleman is a cherry on the top.

Overall, not great for the price. I stopped by without an appointment, and the manager asked me to come back at 12:00 because they were short-staffed. However, when I returned, I ended up waiting three hours just to get a single tire plugged. The service takes far too long—unless you have an entire day to spare, I would not recommend using them. Very slow.

Haydn was great; he was so polite and patient even though it was busy and the end of the day. I experienced a true gentleman and excellent customer service, which is hard to come by nowadays.

I was told it would take no longer than an hour, I waited 3 hours! For one tire!! Then I was told at the 2.5 hours mark that they don’t have the tire I asked for. When I finally got my car, I was told it was $240 for one tire! Bottom line economy tire! I’m sorry but Midas got me 2 economy tires for less than that.

A really appreciate the work that was done the day I had my car worked on at the tire center in north Brunswick. The manager there was quite endearing sat down and explained everything to me and what I was in for also to explain to me what work was going to be done was willing to spend time with me and let me know what he could do for me I really felt that he was honest and genuine.

This place is the best for your vehicle service needs. Drew the manager and Ivan 1 of the mechanics are the best. Very personable and knowledgeable about your vehicle needs. The shop is very well kept and clean. They have a waiting area as well. The selection of tires they carry is great and the prices you can't beat.
