Karla and Genesis were so great to me! I can't tell you how much I appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service! I've encountered several employees at this location and always get a positive experience. I highly recommend them!

The customer service reps who are in the building are very unprofessional. I had a van reserved for 8 am. The van was backed in, behind other vans. there was no way to get in touch with anyone in person. At around 8:45, an employee drove up and sat in her car. I asked her if she worked there. She asked why (very sarcastically) I explained that i had been there since 8 and that I could not get the van. She said they did not open until 9 and rolled her window up.At 9 she did not help me, she went straight into the building. A guy came and 1st said he had no one before 9 reserved. Not tru.2nd, he said it was not his fault that the van was blocked. He said a customer backed the other van in. That van was set up as the others, with the sign in the window.He made excuses and never took responsibility. He then promised to lower the price of mileage. (which he changed his mind when we returned the vehicle)When we returned the van, he said he would charge 69 cents per mile- which he said was BS, because it was not his fault. When he said the fee, we asked for a break down of those charges. As he told me the fees, I typed them into my calculator. He was upset, when we told him that did not add up. So he pulled out a preprinted paper of fees, which had nothing to do with my price.When I asked for a manager, he said there was no manager. I said there had to be one. He said the manager wont be there until Tuesday and he could not reach him.He said the girl could not help me in the morning because she had not clocked in. OMGHe asked me if I would have helped a customer before I clocked in. I assured him I would. (not to mention I work outside of my hours daily)He got belligerent saying I was making it difficult. All I wanted was what was fair. I was willing to pay for what I owed and not more.This company needs to put more effort into customer service.can't give a 0 star-

I definitely recommend this U-Haul Location. Transactions are easy. Shari is the best person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is understanding and has enough patience to work with anyone. I loved my visit and will definitely continue visiting this U-Haul location.

I don't understand why I got charged the extra $20 overnight fee when we returned the van the same day while the store was still open; by 7pm. Total for one van rental for the day, 120 miles = $210!I am extremely dissatisfied with Uhaul after yesterday's rental. The store was disorganized. The wrong van number was on our reservation which greatly delayed the rental. We kept going back to the clerk who was sometimes condescending (even with smile-eyes and a wink) to my husband because we didn't no longer wanted to use the website after the initial clerical error. It took her an hour and a half to take care of 2 people in front of us. In total it took 1 hour and 45minutes after the ONE clerk finally helped us. She kept constantly referring us to the online website like it was God, but it too was sooooooo slow/snagged and not helpful! Don't blame it on COVID-19 when it finally took only 5-10minutes to manually have the store clerk help us complete the rental. Whoever entered the clerical error at the onset needed to simply do the right job the first time.After this, I am so turned off with UHAUL and going to another rental service next time!

Had to do an in town Move and need a truck for a couple of hours... prices where normal $19 for the truck 1.99per mile. The truck was super clean and extremely well maintained. Was able to confirm condition of the truck prior to renting through photos. The most impressive pet was how clean the truck was and all there vehicles seem to be the same way. They had a guy cleaning each vehicle as it was brought back in at the end of the day. Highly recommend this place if you hate driving beat up moving trucks.

I only used to Uhaul location to drop off a 10-foot truck that I was using one-way. When I arrived to this location, there were signs that prompted me to drive to the gate, enter and leave the truck at the "equipment return." There two Uhaul associates met with us and did a very quick check of the truck. It was fast and efficient. The associates confirmed with me the final costs of the rental and we were on our way!

Shari is amazing. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I have had a unit there for many years and she is consistently personable and 'customer service first' with everyone that I have seen her interact with.
