I went back to Casey's and explained my problem. I did not have my receipt, but Edwin researched and found that the chair was still under warranty. He could have tried to sell me a new chair, but instead he handled the warranty process with the manufacturer. “I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a shout-out. Huge selection, amazing prices, top-of-the-line products and a 3-year warranty. Chair we bought was like new and steam-cleaned on the spot. Despite the scale of the operation (industrial warehouse stuffed with office furniture in pallet racks to the ceiling), we were waited on personally by the co-owner and his wife, who made us welcome and took care of us even though we got there late on a Friday afternoon and were only buying a single chair. (Turns out the OFIS operation on Saturdays is meant for people like us; M–F is normally B2B.)”
