GINA, the cashier is amazing. She will go above and beyond to serve your needs. PetSmart is doing a wonderful job with their store policy. I was able to return a product that my dogs did not like. The product was amazing but, you know dogs and their sense of smell. Love doing business with PetSmart anytime. Thank you for employing such animal passionate employees.

I’ve been going to this store, groomer, vet for YEARS. The quality of service severally went down and the workers rather cancel appointments than work with people. I highly recommend going to different location

They turned my dog away for grooming because couple of nuts on his ear. I waited so long to have him groomed and she didn’t even try to accommodate us. she was very rude judgment . Poor place !!! Not recommend

I wish I could give NO stars. Our pets have gone to PetSmart for grooming on several occasions. Every time, they complain about the grooming service, with furminator and dematting, which are services to be provided. Today, we brought our mini aussie in for those same services. The girl there stated that they would not take him because of matting - meanwhile, we are PAYING for dematting. We had an appt with Jay - but "Jay" was no where to be found. My husband was livid. We took him over to PetCo for a "consultation" - they stated that he is fine and the matts on his hind end are from his undercoat. I RECOMMEND PETCO over this petsmart.
