We were warmly greeted upon arrival and we had terrific service throughout our visit. Our salesperson was attentive to our requests and found just the right item for us quickly. She explained and expedite our purchase and we were out of the store in under 20 minutes. We were very satisfied. I hope the delivery process will be as smooth.

The sales person Kerby at the North Brunswick, NJ location was very kind, helpful and guided us in the right direction. He didn't force or make us feel like we had to buy something. He was patient and and guided us in the right direction until we found something we absolutely wanted.

The experience from the person who deal with customer and transaction was very good. Store promised to send me $200 gift card in mail. They promised that within a week after delivery I will get. Today while writing this review, I called the store and follow up 5 times in last 20 days after delivery. All are throwing ball one person to other person. I visited the store in person, talked with store manager and he promised on that day that he will process gift card on that day and within a week I will receive in mail. That day and today, I called them 2 times but again they are saying one manager or other processing the gift card. All are doing wrong promises and blaming sales person at the end. Be careful while doing big transaction. They get your money with big amount and big promises of gift card and then they never issue gift card.

If I could put 0 I would. 1st recliner was defective 2nd recliner manager ordered wrong color. I am paying over $300 for taxes, delivery, taxes on delivery, and restocking fee and don't even have a chair. I would NEVER recommend this store. They are rude, a rip off they don't call back, lie and Corporate doesn't respond to emails. Because someone was incompetent and didn't do the refund 2 weeks ago I now have to wait another 5-10 business days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! You will be sorry. They do not care about the customer

While visiting the North Brunswick location to buy a sleeper sofa and dining table, we met our sales rep Michael Garber and the store manager Richard Montalvo. Michael was patient, knowledgeable, polite and customer focused and showed amazing work ethic throughout the process. He made us feel like we were a priority and welcomed all questions and went above and beyond to follow up with us in a timely manner.Richard is an amazing store manager. He took time to speak with us to make sure we were happy with everything and explained everything clearly which helped us make our final decision. Michael and "Rich" worked seamlessly together andmade everything so easy with no pressure tactics. We enjoyed our experience and will be regular customers at this super clean and well ran location.Thanks again Michael and Rich for your time and for going above and beyond to make sure we were happy.Update: While waiting for my furniture delivery to be scheduled, Yvonne in customer service was extremely helpful in relaying messages and following up with me. Good furniture, good prices. The delivery was quick and handled very well. In store shopping was not pushy salesman, and folks were readily available as needed for questions and final order.

The staff was helpful during my visit. They took their time and helped me pick out a couch without any issues. Once they had my money, however, things went south. I opted to have the couch delivered. Unfortunately, when the couch was delivered, I was very disappointed to find that it had a huge black stain covering much of the seat cushion. Things happen, but this stain would have been immediately been seen by anyone with eyeballs had they bothered to check it at the warehouse. Of course, I was told that they are supposed to inspect the product prior to delivery. When I called corporate to ask what they could do for me, I was told that they could not even expedite my next delivery, accommodate me in choosing a better delivery date, or give me a more definitive time as to delivery. So I had to wait two weeks, without a couch, until they had another weekend slot available and then remain home all day yet again for the delivery.Unfortunately, neither the corporate number nor the store location itself had any interest in doing anything to rectify my problem with even a minor, symbolic gesture. In fact, I did not even receive a response to my initial email. I did not ask for or expect much, but this was truly bad customer service. First and last experience at Raymour and Flanigan.

I had a great experience and was happy with my salesman. He was very helpful and helped me pick out the material for the couch and I was able to change it from what was shown on the floor. I highly recommend the store in East Brunswick, NJ

We had the most personable and helpful salesman, Jennifer Bowen. She was thorough in showing me every single thing I wanted to see and giving me all the options. She worked out all kinds of payment to see what works best for me. She made shopping a truly enjoyable experience. We ended up buying everything we were looking for. We will be back, as long as we can have Jennifer as our salesperson.
