WARNING! These windows are absolute garbage and the company does not stand behind their product. All my windows leak after just 4 years and I was told by Vicky I need to replace them all at my cost!!! Do not buy this product and tell everyone you know.

Horrible customer service. No help, no call backs, no response to warranty claims. Got through to Corporate headquarters basically was useless. If I could I would get DODGE to shut them down. Customer service useless paycheck...

In years past when I had a warranty issue, they would just send me the new window no strings attached. I have a window release lock fail on me and I get charged $15 for the part. It’s plastic. What happened to lifetime warranty?
