Staff was nice, however, I went there to look at a new laptop due to them advertising a 40% off sale. Looking at the displays, half of the units don't have price tags.....so i ask the salesman and he tells me that "although we have all these laptops on display, corporate won't allow us to stock more than 3 of them" ????....so basically you can look at laptops, but you cannot purchase the one you want!?? Stay home, order from Amazon...... stores are getting worse and worse these days

I bought this chair for my son. It’s a chair, nothing special. It’s comfortable, I would give 5 stars if the arm rest when flipped back would clear the back of the chair. They stick out a little near shoulders and seam awkward if using a head set and sitting back.
Bottom line for $120 it’s ok.

Every shipment that I receive from UPS either arrives broken, missing parts or they never deliver it. I literally have track a package all the way to the front of my house. Then see that the tracking goes off the guy never steps out of the truck and leaves. You guys really have a bunch of corrupt employees delivering people packages.

Third class employees - worst customer service ever. Drive 20 minutes to buy an item waited 60 minutes and nothing. Useless rough speaking manager.. stay away

I’ve generally had standard experiences here, but I recently encountered a rude staff member when asking about the same-day print cutoff time. I simply wanted to know if I could get my project in on time, but instead of providing helpful guidance, the employee was dismissive and curtly told me to pay the upcharge to ensure it would be completed.
I understand that policies are policies, but a little hospitality and professionalism go a long way. For context, it was 12:18p when I asked—plenty of time before closing—so it wasn’t an unreasonable request. I will not be using Staple's print services moving forward.

They take the worst passport photos lol, the picture came out looking very dark and she couldn’t even tell me to adjust my head or something, it’s funny but very annoying

I had the worst customer service experience at this store when doing two Amazon returns on June 18,2024 around 8-8:30 pm. I request the manager to find this staff (I am sure you can find her from work schedule or just looking at the cameras between 8-8:30 pm) and teach her how to behave to a customer! First, this young girl who was working at customer service told me that she did the returns but wouldn't give me any receipt because the printer was out of paper!?! Really?? At Staples? OMG that was tragicomic! I took a photo from her scanner as a proof. After I left the store, I wasn't really happy with her service and couldn't be sure if she did the transaction correct, so I logged in my Amazon account and checked to see if she did the returns correctly and she DIDN'T! I had to go back to store again and lost 20 more minutes! When I got there, she didn't accept that she did a mistake and she kept saying that the system wouldn't accept the return because she already did it which was not CORRECT. She basically wanted to get rid of me. After I insisted more, she did the return again and this time it was done. She didn't say sorry or anything and just left without saying anything. This young girl was very rude! If she doesn't know how to do basic return, she shouldn't work there. Also, after a customer insisted that there was a mistake by showing a proof, she needed to say sorry and instead of being lazy, she had to do her job! Her attitude was very impolite and unacceptable!
