Great customer service from Benny and Jaz. On the other hand, I spent an hour on the phone with corporate trying to get my refund after I canceled service a month ago, being told I would receive the refund in a few days. Nothing after a week. The stars just for store personnel.

Exceptional customer service. Maintained an interactive and informative transaction throughout my entire time there, answering any question I had. Work place was kept clean and the culture of the store was very welcoming and entertaining.

Best tmobile store I've ever been too. The two attendants, I believe they were Manny and Imalya were fantastic, they had great chemistry and were super helpful.

These five stars go to Katherine and Katherine alone. She was very kind very helpful and very attentive answering all the questions I had and even going out of her way to recommend me things she felt I would appreciate and I did. She told me about apple watch deals and even offered the T-Mobile Internet. Even though I did decline these services it was still very much appreciated. Real superstar and gem of an employee.

Terrible they can't even access your full tmobile account and they want to charge you $5 now to pay in store. Robbery in your face and couldn't help me make a change on my account as they have limited access. Don't waste your time here.

The costumer service is 0 to none.I stop by Tuesday trying to transfer my 5 phone lines from verizon to tmobile because of a email offer i receive.As soon as i walk in a lady and gentlemen both on their phones, not even a “welcome how can i help you” i had to literally walk up to them and try to get a smile out of the girl, so moving forward i ask about the plans etc etc. she was more annoy at me for asking questions then her trying to sell me the service, so at the end i gave up and just said thank you, i call the 1 800 number the girl on their actual costumer support juliet sold me on it and explain everything in a matter of minutes. The sales people on this store need to learn something from them because they are useless as costumer service comes.

I waisted my time with one of the rep who doesn’t know what he was doing when I called upon the the boss I guess he is show me the door to the next TMobile shop I won’t recommend if you don’t have enough time to play with

I don't really like T-Mobile but I had no choice. My phone service Sprint was bought by T-Mobile so I was forced to use them for the time being. Having plenty of troubles with my phone for over a year and a half. The people at this particular store were very friendly and helped me tremendously. But the store had a strong odor that was not pleasant and it may be because of the food stores in the area. Otherwise was very clean.

switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile but have been using AT&T since 2009 so a little out of touch with how the process works. Benny was very patient and answered all my questions repeatedly. Appreciate the service and how easy everything was!Also appreciate saving 1/3 of my AT&T bill for same level of service (plus free Netflix!)
