They installed 4 self checkout lanes and are currently using 0 of them on midday Saturday. I'm waiting in line to check out with 1 item for no reason other than corporate greed.

I happen to love shopping at Target but it is always an ordeal. The same story every time, 20 people waiting to check out and 1 or 2 people working the registers. Come on, be better. Our time is just as valuable as yours.

North Brunswick location is great. Milltown Nj location employs racist and rude individuals. An employee followed my 11 year old son around the store like he was doing something wrong and than called him the N word. My son had never encountered a situation like that so he was very upset. Hopefully this issue get resolved and the employee gets reprimanded for his ignorance.

The North Brunswick target is frequently understaffed and understocked and there are long wait times at all hours of the day.

Had an amazing experience at Starbucks in your location his name was Landon and the also the young lady working with him. He was extremely nice and friendly while I was researching for my bday reward.!

What was once a great store has been reduced to shambles due to their ridiculous checkout lanes. There are 14 lines, but at no point have I seen more than 5 open. And of those, 3 are self checkout. Needless to say, there is always some person who struggles with self checkout or blocks the lane with a loaded cart. It's like the store doesn't want people to come in.

Always great to drop into target for anything supermarket related. Though, there is always a line or someone complaining about prices/coupons.

The cashier couldn’t bother to place my items down after he scanned them and had items of mine falling on the ground. To my knowledge after I get home I realize I don’t have one of the item I paid for. I decide since I can’t leave the house again let’s just call target to let them know and see if it’s on the floor or maybe in the cart? Three tries, no answer. It’s bad enough to have staff roaming the floor and only one register open, but to not have one person accessible or able to answer a phone is ridiculous. Places like target only break a sweat if you’re suspected on stealing something. Their customer service is equivalent to doorknobs and I wouldn’t mind if this was the first store to be replaced by robotic stockers.
