Changing review. Additions of self scan is atrocious. Especially if you want to have zero live check out tellers. Terrible experience. Terrible rollout

store that has a humongous parking and store space, large variety of items that are stocked, other amenities that include CVS, Starbucks and a Pizza Hut but only two cashiers at the checkout registers??? There’s not even a single self checkout lane. That’s some serious disproportionate ratio in a scale. But the bathroom was very very Dirty.Free huge parking outsideWorst target ever so dirty bathroom ...hasn’t been faced anywhere

Here is my experience lately... I go into the store, look for what I want... If I can't find it I try to use my phone but the building is constructed in a way to block cell service so that is a big hassle. I finally find that I want and go to pay and there is one cashier and 4 self checkout, this is serving about forty people. Now while this is going on there are about 4-5 people doing online order pickups that serve like 2-3 people at any one time.... 40 people vs 2-3 people. The people that run these stores obviously don't care about customer experience. Today I felt like I was at Walmart... Wake up target

Worst service . There is a grumpy lady at the self checkout counter who doesn't like helping customers at all.. apart from that it is Super nice target location . Lots and lots of parking . Close to Costco and other shops . Have. A Starbucks Inside . Quick service but the service can be better .. they also have a pizza outlet inside.. I think it's domnos.. quick returns .. avoid going for returns in peak hours or weekends .. parking is good . Fantastic location right on rt 1..

They had only one cashier and only one self checkout open. The lines to check out were ridiculously long. Employees walking all over but they didn't open another register. This target always has slow service.

Horrible management it’s like they don’t know English cashiers don’t acknowledge anything you’re saying. Worst target ever so dirty hasn’t been faced anywhere items with no price tag’s either. Even my shopping cart was filled with garbage this place needs some serious new management and employees.

The people that work the service desk at this North Brunswick Target are very pleasant and efficient. They’re young and they get the job done. I never dread returning anything there.

Target, for me is a bit of an underrated gem when it comes to retail stores in general. On a recent trip to the Eastern United States Coast, I stopped at this very Target to get a present for my cousin, as I was visiting her, and my uncle in the New Brunswick area.I was able to find the gift with no substantial problem whatsoever. I also found a package of NFL trading cards at the checkout counter for the low price of $7.49 for an amazing pack of 22 cards. The service at this particular Target, unfortunately is not the best, as the cashier who serviced me was relatively concerned about my presence in the checkout line, but was still able to service me in-spite of a concerning presence. The store itself, is also in a prime location, but itself is in need of a face-lift, as the store itself lacks a proper grocery section, and also a plentiful amount of self-checkout machines, which are both present commonly in modern-day Target locations, there also is a blatant shortage of that of cashiers present in the store, as has been the case in department stores for the better half of the past 5 years.

As always pretty neat and cleanly maintained. Usually most items in stock, and associates are friendly and helpful. Only concern being, managing the checkout counters. Over 20 people and 2 counters were operating and both seemed junior level, while they're very friendly, experienced fast movers would be helpful. Besides that, my go to store for most of the items.

This North Brunswick store has employees all over the store to help you, but the store is very outdated, and is in desperate need of a renovation. There's no self checkouts, so I have to wait in a ten minute line just to check out, and there's only one checkout line open. Half of the scanners don't work, and the scanners that do work are all old and outdated. Drive the extra 5 minutes the the South Brunswick, or Milltown locations!

This store is typically very clean and quiet. The only and most important downfall is there are no cashiers. At maximum, there are two but it's very rare. There is always one long line of customers for the single cashier. Which is frustrating if you're grabbing a handful of items. I put all of my items back on the shelf and left. There is no self checkout at this store either. There's always at least two people working customer service but I've never witnessed them assist with checkouts when it's busy. It's worse at night bc more people are coming in but no cashiers. The line wraps all the way to the greeting cards.
