UFC GYM North Brunswick is an amazing and big place with a variety of machines, all the weights, a boxing ring, and punching bags. It is a really good gym to both lift and also train martial arts like kickboxing conditioning and Muay Thai, which are super fun and make starting really easy. The gym offers general fitness, personal training, and group classes for all ages and athletic abilities. Facilities include a sauna, a smoothie area, and an in-house barbershop. The staff is great, nice, welcoming, friendly, and helpful, with the front desk guy with long hair frequently noted as the best. The gym is consistently managed with well-maintained machines and rarely disappoints, providing a positive environment for real results.

First time working out at this gym, and it was a great experience. Gianna at front desk was very helpful and friendly to my friends and i. Very cool gym with a little bit of everything, definitely reccomend.

Best fight gym in the area. Jimmy is the man and a great teacher. Real training and conditioning. Wish they kept the octagon and didn’t put a ring in though.
