This is my favorite UPS location because the staff is friendly and welcoming. They work efficiently, especially if there's a long line (usually towards the end of the day). They even greet me by my last name, which is a plus in my book 😊

Horrible customer service. They make their own rules on shipping as an excuse to refuse service. Never heard of a place that refuses to mail checks

Exactly similar experience like many others here. Every time i go to this store i get a terrible experience. The notary guy is the worst. He’s rude and treats people with disrespect. Never seen anything like this

I usually go there to drop off my Amazon returns and everyone at the counter is extremely helpful. I am not sure of the person's name behind the counter, but no matter how many packages I have to return, he does it quickly and always with a smile on his face. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

11 customers 1 worker. To make matters worse, the employee needed to into the back multiple times. We all hoped a fellow employ would assist. It never happened. 2 people left including me. I’ll stick the the post office
