They took a $100 deposit that does not go towards the cost of the moving service. You have no control over who they book with. I requested a different company and was told I would have another very specific other company - come just a day or two before the move and they booked with the original moving company I didn’t want and it was too late for me to do anything else. They also told me they would get me a bunch of deals with the company and those were all lies - had I just booked with a company on my own that was actually professional and didn’t cause a bunch of damage then I would have paid the same in the end. This is a third-party that just takes a deposit from you and books a moving company - save your self the $100 and book the company yourself and have control over who is actually touching your things and walking through your houses.
