If you ever go to this store, try to get help from Kyle. After I was not being properly helped by one of the associates, he stepped in a took care of me in a matter of minutes with my trade in and upgrade. He made it very easy to upgrade my plan and trade in for a new phone…. I wish i could remember the associates name who was assigned to me before Kyle but she just was not helpful at all and very disrespectful when talking to me, even told me after i waited an hour that there was nothing she could do for me that day when all i asked was to see what options I had.

On 9/24/23 I went here with my elder male client client who is living with developmental disabilities to help him get access to his account after hours of trying to help him get this done over the phone. Christian picked up on my clients needs right away and he went more than above and beyond to assist us. He provided exceptionally friendly service and it’s obvious that he genuinely cares about people and doing the best he can to help others. Thank you for your help manager Christian you are awesome and amazing!

After buying 3 new phone s from this store they couldn't even put a screen protector on my phone because it didn't come from this store.the lady said she would put it on when I get one.didnt have one in the store at the time.And transfer photos to a scan disk.Just bought my phone 4 days ago your sign in guy should make a little effort and call the manager over to discuss the situation instead of brushing it off

Will helped me he was the best. He’s sucha Q T Pie. Will was the most attentive he offered to help me set up my watch even though it was Bluetooth only. And I was happy.

Walked out today and immediately had to leave a review. The staff acknowledges everyone that walks through the door. I know some stores have check-in stations, but this location doesn’t need it they’ll let you know about how long until they can see you but they’ll ask what’s rings you win so they could be ready for what the problem is. I fux with that. Pete was informative, mad chill and straight forward. Recommend this location to everyone.

Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.

This place will scam you! The worse customer service I've ever experienced. Read the 1 star reviews everything about this place is true. Dont shop here. They will take your money and if you have a problem after the fact they talk to you like trash.

I went to the North Brunswick Verizon store to have all my info transferred to my new iPhone. It was an hour to closing so it was understandable that they might not be able to do it. However their manner was rude, demeaning and hostile. There were two people working and at one point the second jumped in, so they were like a tag team of bad customer service. We left and drove 45 minutes to the Springfield store where the customer service was extraordinary. The North Brunswick Verizon store has seemingly put a lot of effort into their low ratings. Heed them.

Came in 30 min before closing time and was handled very professionally and promptly opening my business lines. The manager Trinity was very patient, cool and helpful. She helped my business in the most effective way possible. Thank you so much for the support.

Don’t waste your time going here. They are not helpful at all. If you have issues very dismissive few years ago this place had really good customer service but now it’s just awful.

I have been with Verizon for 20+ years without any issues(that is the reason of the 5 stars one employee won't represent the past experiences) but today was the first time I had a problem with one employee from this specific location, all I needed was a sim card and he refused to give it to me he told me they ran out of them ( how do you sell phones that doesn't have e-sim cards then?) and that I should use the e-sim in my phone. "I don't want to use the e-sim card in my phone. I want to use a physical sim card" Is this asking too much?
