Had to get a new microwave. The particular one I wanted incurred some shipping damage. Thanks to one of the employees who was able to work out a better price to account for the possible damage to the microwave. Thankfully there was no functional damage and the microwave works great.

we boght a little game and paid for it to get us today and the a 1 1/2 hours later thy said thy dont have the item so we won’t get it till towmorow and we also had to pay extra to get it today also thy charged us 20 dolers because we dident spend orver $30 also all of the workers in ther when ether i go are all sketchy including the workers and thy are also rude neve shop at this place

The Walmart + experience is horrible at least for this location. My orders continue to be sent back to store in the middle of the delivery. The drivers are lying about attempting to complete the delivery. The only accommodation is a promo code for $10 off if you spend $15. I pay monthly to end up having to pick up the items myself. Waste of money.

Wish I could give them no stars!! This store is unprofessional and mistreat their employees. They change employees statuses from fulltime to part-time without informing them and without the employees formal request. They lock you out of your employee account thinking you can't prove you were full-time. Then attempt to gaslight you by telling you that you were originally hired part time. DO NOT LOOK FOR EMPLOYMENT AT WALMART!!!!!

My friend bought a bike from Walmart, and it broke near the store. We took it to customer service, where the lady was really nice and listened to our issue. However, she said she couldn’t do anything about it. We asked if there was any way to get it fixed, and she suggested we speak with the manager. The manager came over, asked if we had a receipt and if we were over 18. After we answered "no" to both questions, he just walked away without offering any help

Don’t ever order a cake from this Walmart location it is the worst experience I’ve ever had when trying to go in person to order a custom heart cake because if you’d like that you have to go in person nobody was there to take my order and I went back two different times with my young child. I was told that I had to come back to the next day.
I noticed online that you have to order a cake three days out, which would’ve been cutting it close if I even went in person the next day and there was no guarantee that I could have a cake ready for today so settled for a different shape and just ordered online upon pick up it took over 20 minutes the woman not speaking English, which was not the issue, but even when writing down the name could not locate the cake When finally I went behind the counter to get the cake. It was simply there with the first name I gave them
Upon opening the cake, the writing was horrendous looking like chicken scratch, or a second grader wrote this out. It was not even centered on the cake. The cake wasn’t even decorated as specified in the online order I spoke to somebody on the chat was given a full refund. Pictures will be uploaded.
