I have been banking with this bank for the longest. Whenever I walk in with a business account issue Rodney goes out of his way to fix the issue. What more could I ask for.

I was there to transfer some money from my saving to checking then to another account in same bank. First the teller tried to tell me all the options which from the app I can do. however, which was not accurate, So then I went back to the window insert my card as he insisted he tells me its going to cost me $10 for bank check. I was really thrown off by that since I was able to do this with out any fees. I told him I will go to another location and I can have check print out and make deposit to a different account in the same bank to avoid fees. Which I was able do in another location, as I was doing all along. I feel like this was not necessary for me to go to another location to do that after all I drove her and paid for parking. I think they were trying to provide too much of a good customer service but lucking on facts and accuracy and waist of time. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Our experience at this branch was extremely shaming. My partner is the account holder. The sitdown teller we worked with, Bibi, consistently blamed us for a faulty ATM machine that did not correctly deposit over $1,000 over the weekend. Upon sitting with her, she stated multiple times that we should have used the ATMs inside of the lobby rather than the drive thru because the drive thru machine is not reliable. Additionally, she stated twice that we should have called the 800 number immediately, even though it was explained to her that we called. This is an example of highly problematic customer service that shames the customer. When confronted that it is not our responsibility to know which ATM is better, she attempted to absolve the bank from the responsibility of fixing the ATM outside and said that theres an increased risk of not banking with a live teller. Another employee, presumably a coworker, came over asking if she needed help as we were quite upset and Bibi proceeded to insult us by dismissing me by saying everything was fine and that she is working with my partner. POOR, NON-CLIENT CENTERED SERVICE.

This bank is sketchy and walking in you feel like you are being transported back to 1984. They don't have any Pens for use, so you have to wait on line just to fill out a slip. Bizarre. TD bank has over 5k pens all over the place, and this bank has one (not an exaggeration... They have exactly one pen chained to the table like its a hostage situation.) Worst part about this branch? They have at least 10 ppl who work there just sitting or roaming around but when you ask them if you can use the bathroom they claim they don't have one: not that they don't have one for customers (which, ok, fine maybe I get that but it's still absurd because well you are q bank that caters to people walking in and out of your establishment) but they say "ohhhh no we don't even have one". I call b******** Maybe if you change your carpets and archaic decor, more people would bank with you. I personally don't bank here but was depositing for someone else. Pfffttttt. No thank you, there are better options out there.
