Poor customer service. They claim a receipt will be texted to you but it never comes. You call and report that you never got the text that you NEED and they tell you there's nothing they can do

Don’t bring large packages, and small packages have been destroyed rather than shipped. Not sure if it’s FedEx or this location, but every experience has had a problem.

It's a drop off at Walgreens. It's the only one around that will accept a fedex labeled package with a battery inside. I was in and out in 3 minutes.
