Quick and Easy but I miss the old people that got fired from here for the new ownership the new people are nice though

The staff at PNC is very friendly and mostly helpful. But when it came to opening a special account they were not. I would not get return phone calls and left hanging. Time was of the essence for this matter & they wasted 2 weeks of my time. I took my business elsewhere and had the account opened in 1 day.
