This store gives the worst service and adds charges you didn’t ask for. Long story but I ordered a phone. Said it will be in in two days and they would call. Called the store 3 days later said not delivered. Called the store next said not delivered. Looked on my Verizon app and it said it was delivered 2 days ago. Called a third time and said it wasn’t delivered. Told them my app said it was delivered. By some miracle now they found it. Told me someone would call and set up an appointment. No call so I drove over and got the phone after a long wait
Told me I have to pay a set up fee and I told them I am well capable of setting it up myself ( just did my wife’s phone 5 months prior). Said they will charge me whether I do it or they do it. Also added on a water protection fee that I didn’t ask for and never told me I was being charged for it.
Make sure you get a receipt as they won’t give you one unless you ask. Called the store to complain about this and they said they would call back but never did. Surprise surprise
Sorry long story but hope this helps someone else avoid poor service and added fees that you didn’t ask for. Personally I would go elsewhere

Skip the Rio Grande store and come here! Evan and Angel are so helpful, competent, knowledgeable and quick. Issues with my phone were resolved in under an hour with 1 visit. Great professional tech support! Can’t believe all the time I wasted in other stores…I will be doing all of my Verizon transactions in North Cape May!!!

Met with Angel today at Verizon in North Cape May. We received high quality customer service. Angel was very knowledgeable and explained plans and upgrades in detail. Thank you, Angel for satisfying all of our phone needs! I always feel good walking out of this store.

Quick and efficient sale/transfer experience. Rep exhibited a lot of patience in answering questions n demonstrating use of new IPhone . Had to return in 2days w question on an app that didn’t transfer completely n they solved problem within 2 mins. Very happily I might add

I was not able to get into my voicemail. I came into the Verizon Store in North Cape May. They helped me and their customer service was fantastic. Angel was very patient. I highly recommend this store.

I highly recommend this store based solely on my customer experience with Solution Specialist, Connor Free. Connor truly lived up to his job title.Connor demonstrated that he was extremely knowledgeable, with an intended helpful spirit and simply kind in nature. I arrived there extremely stressed because my old phone was damaged beyond repair and not even powering on after many attempts to do so. I was out of town, completely desperate to find a solution. The moment i walked into the store and met Connor I could tell he genuinely wanted to find a feasible mutual solution. Once my prior phone was deemed to be not fixable, Connor calmly reassured me "all is going to be just fine." Thank you, Connor you are a one -of- a kind Verizon representative. You represented the Verizon brand extremely well. They are certainly fortunate to have you as a key member of the Verizon team based on my interaction with you as a frazzled customer who left the store because of you with a very calm spirit. Connor, you truly made a difference! You truly proved to be INVALUABLE ASSET to me and as a result I will always remain a loyal, longtime Verizon customer.
