I recently had a hit-and-run incident and took my car to 821 Collision for repairs, and I have to say, they went above and beyond! Pete, the owner, and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating, always keeping me updated on every step of the repair. They made sure I was well taken care of and truly went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The repair work they did on my car was fantastic—it looks like nothing ever happened! The attention to detail and craftsmanship is top-notch. Not only did they fix my car, but they made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. I’m beyond impressed with their service and the quality of the job they did. I highly recommend 821 Collision to anyone in need of auto repairs – I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them. Highly recommend 821 collision. Danielle was very responsive and helpful when it came to navigating insurance claims after I was hit in an accident. Pete did a great job on my car, it was fixed in a timely manner, and it looks brand new! Will definitely use them again if needed!

Pete and Kenny are fantastic! They are passionate about their work and it shows.
I had a very large and difficult Paintless dent repair job, Kenny was happy to take it on and knocked it out of the park. Pete took care of painting and repairing some other items and the match and finish was second to none. Best part was the job was done FAST and affordable. I will never take my car anywhere else

They did a awesome job repairing my vehicle and looks like brand new . I highly recommend going to 821 collision and you'll see why they have great reviews. I absolutely cannot put into words how incredible Pete, Danielle, and the rest of the staff at 821 Collision are. I had to have my nearly-brand new car repaired after a fender bender, and was worried that it wouldn’t be the same after repairs. Well, Danielle and Pete assured me that the car would be as close to pre-collision condition as possible (I’d argue upon return that it’s better), and that they’d follow all manufacturers procedures and inspections to make sure the car is in optimal condition. The car looks even more incredible than I remember it and it was such a pleasure to work with their team - they were incredibly meticulous in both explanation and the work itself. I cannot recommend them enough and while I hope I never have to see them again (☺️), I would go back without hesitation if I ever need this type of service again.

I've been using 821 Collision on different cars of mine for a very long time. They always do beautiful and flawless work. They just redid my 2011 Camry that the insurance company wanted to "total" and send to salvage...my car looks brand new again! I highly recommend 821 Collision to everyone?

I brought my 2002 jaguar xk8 here to fix a crack I had causing the drivers side door to sag. They were very professional and a pleasant experience to work with. Pete was very honest and set expectations and followed those expectations which was a breath of fresh air. I was sent picture updates as the work was being done which was much appreciated. They also fixed a few minor things on the door that I wasn’t expecting them to do, which now makes it feel as if it is brand new!

Very professional. Our van was hit the day we bought it by a driver making an illegal U turn. We called Daniella and she handled everything from dealing with insurance companies to fixing the car. We ended up getting a $15,000 repair fixed at no cost to us. Super happy.

Great experience at 821! They are knowledgable, patient, and clearly explain the contingencies behind an estimate depending upon what is found when the work begins. In my case, the paintless dent repair did the trick and the car was serviced in 2 days. I couldn't have hoped for a better repair service.

I recently had an accident where my fender and bumper were damaged. Pete and team were so accommodating and friendly. They help me fix my vehicle with a matter of a week and a half and I am now back on the road. I would suggest everyone use their service. I am and will remain a loyal customer.
