The staff answers the phone when you call and are more than happy to take your prescription refill or answer any questions you may have. Store has a large variety of items including over the counter medications, greeting cards, seasonal decor, gift wrap and gift bags, balloons, toys, travel size items, special need items, and school supplies. The list goes on. The staff has been employed here for many years and have an invested interest in your complete satisfaction. The owner, Vish Patel, greets all with a big smile. “Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends.
