Since moving to North Haledon about three years ago, this has become my “go to place” for my (many) online returns. All of the employees are very polite, especially the young gentleman that’s usually working when I visit. He has went above and beyond on many occasions. The store is clean and well organized and offers a variety of services. I was impressed with the fact they offer some USPS services. They have a USPS mailbox where customers can mail letters and “prepaid shipping” packages. What is most impressive is that all packages with prepaid shipping are gladly accepted without a fuss. I have been to so many UPS (and others courier’s) stores that didn’t really want to accept prepaid packages- they often gave customers an attitude if they were only dropping off a prepaid parcel. However, that is NOT the case in this store.All in all, this store has exceeded my expectations!

Awful service. Employees are often rude and just plain aloof. They tried to nickel and dime us for shipping something in just one box and tried to ship them in 3 boxes to charge us a $100 bucks absolute rip off. Never again

I use this store every day. I have a mailbox here for business. I not only use it for mail retrieval but for shipping as well as copy service. I am satisfied with the service so I am unclear as to why there are so many reviews that indicate otherwise. They are friendly and accommodating to me..

I’ve come here before and never felt secure with leaving my packages because he doesn’t seal the boxes while your there but today was in a rush and didn’t have time to go to the other ups store in Midland park ( where they are so helpful and courteous ) went in with my sons friends wallet he left at my house. I taped it in a small bag at home and then the employee gave me a flimsy envelope to mail it in. In a calm manner I asked if he thought I should put it in a small box instead for safety reasons and he said no it’s fine . So I said I was worried because it’s a wallet . To wich he got annoyed and said it’s UPS who will be liable if something happens so don’t worry. I then asked maybe we could just tape it shut just incase for wear and tear, he was HIGHLY ANNOYED AND MADE A SCENE !Then taped it and sarcastically and loudly said is this what you want??? And I said it’s fine because at this point I was done then he said what did u want then . My answer was I wanted you to not speak to me in that time and simply do your job!!! I live two minutes away and will make the trip to Midland Park from now on!! So so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

After years of using the store and dealing with their unprofessional rude service and erratic store closings, they decided to charge me two times to scan a document because it was not done properly by them the first time. Although it was their mistake, the employee insisted that I had to pay two times. I will not use them again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been to this UPS Location 2 weeks in a row, there is no air conditioning and the internet is horrible. I can’t believe they have there workers working in such bad conditions. Hot and miserable ?

These are bad people!Ugh. I normally go here to drop off a lot of packages but I don't think I can go in anymore. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to go elsewhere. I've watched these guys bamboozle customers numerous times and I just saved a woman from needlessly spending $150 to ship a simple package.PSA for anyone who goes to a UPS store, their protocol when you ship a package with them is to tell you the highest price first. They start with next day, then 2nd day, then 3 day select, then ground. They don't give you the ground price unless they absolutely have to.I saw it twice today when waiting in line.I watched one guy tell an elderly woman that it was going to cost her $250 to ship her oversized package. Then he offered 2 day at something like $175. It was only until she said "no that is too much, he will keep it" that he offered Ground at $75. Most people don't realize UPS ground is a thing and they just go with it because they don't know any better.I called them out when I watch a woman shipping a simple package, it couldn't have been more than 10 lbs, and she needed a box. She said it can be there next week. The way he presented the options was that her best and lowest price option was a 2 day ship for something like $150. She was literally about to put her credit card in, clearly unhappy, and I interjected. I ended up saving her a lot of money and we had a nice chat afterward outside.Screw these guys. I am sure they are told to operate in this fashion, and they are just workers, but whoever owns this joint should be ashamed at the blatant scammy behavior. You guys are bad people and you should be strive to better humans.

The store on Wednesdays opens at 830am. I patiently waited until 9, then left. This was not the first time this has happened. Also, from other reviews, this seems to be the norm of this business. UPS stores are located in many of the neighboring towns and none of them have problems with opening on time. Time for management to stop posting that they are working on the problem and fix it.

Came to this location the guy at the desk (tall,slim, accent) never even greeted me, after I said "Hi How Are You"?Nothing...I asked if there was 1 piece of tape I could use,my box was opening in 1 corner (I would have paid for it, I understand if everyone did that it would be an xtra cost for them) he said "take your hands off the box" did not realize he was weighing it at that second & then said next time I should be prepared cause we won't do it again!WOW extremely rude & nastyNo manners at allWill NEVER come back to this location again!
