This location is a Budget/Avis rental location. They do truck, van and car rentals. Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. Most rentals these days are done online so usually you’re just coming in to pick up the vehicle and sign some paperwork. Make sure to check double check hours of operation online to ensure this location is open. We’ve rented multiple vehicles from this location and never had any issues, well except for their electric class vehicle (Volvo polestar) is really just not up to par as other electric models such as Tesla or Ford models even. Worth a trip but save time at the counter by booking online first!!!

This place is one of the worse customer service in the car rental industry. I have rented a car from this place a few times and every time I had different problems as summarized below:-One time I scheduled the rental online. Since there is no pickup or drop-off service provided to the customers, I had to take Uber to pick up my car from this location. However, Uber came very late closer to 5:00 PM which is the official closing time for the office. I called the office at about 4:45 PM and asked them if they can wait for me for 5 minutes. So, I can pick up my car. The person who answered my phone told me that there is no way he can wait for me. Even though I was at the front of the office by 5:00 PM, the person just left the office and walked away.- Another time I rented an SUV online. When I was there to pick up my car, I was told that this car is not available and was provided with a small car, not an SUV.- Last time, I was there during lunchtime to pick up my car. However, I have to wait for the person to come back from lunch for more than 1/2 hr at the front of the office.I wouldn't choose this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.

We had rented a vehicle and on pick up we had pointed out a damaged spoiler which had cracks. Upon return, enterprise is charging me my insurance deductible plus the rental fees. The issuing agent failed to record the damage we pointed out. Now we are on the hook while we dispute the claim. The manager called us up two days prior to return and told use if we don't have the car back in two days they are reporting the vehicle stolen. Manager is rude and a thief, scamming people on bogies charges. Buyer Beware!

I love budget. Get a secured or unsecured card and it's very easy to rent.

Please be very careful when renting a vehicle from this location! Rented a car for 1 day and while driving to my destination on the rental car a 2018 Ford Flex white exterior, the Side Key less Entry Pad located on the passenger side of the car cracked in half and fell off. LITERALLY FLEW OFF. I quickly proceeded to pulling over to the side of the highway, – I immediately took photos of the incident and phoned Budged. The CSR assured me he was adding notes of my call and I wouldn't be responsible for this since all I did was drive. A week later I got hit with a $600 bill. I am sure this company knew the key pad was taped down (pictures I took show residue of double sided tape) and rented me the car so I Would be liable for the repair. Oh and getting a hold of the manager takes 2 in person visits and 3 phone calls before you can speak to her.
