The receptionist at this clinic is very rude. She made racial comments while I was visiting. They also made us wait for 2.5 hrs unnecessary. Not the best place to get your eyes tested. Stay away.

Dr Shula is great. My only problem is that they pushed the buy one get one 50% off and I cannot wear either pair for more than 10 minutes as they are so uncomfortable. Next time I am there I will see if they can adjust but they already spent a bit of time on them.

Have been to this Costco location few times ... nicely located .. right on US 22 ... parking is crazy here .. this location is super crowded ! Parking is just impossible on weekdays and peak times ... Love this Costco.. it's hugeeeee.. there are so many items which are on display here , compared to Edison and other Costco locations .. especially - furnitures, lighting etc. billing is a it crazy ... a longgggggg queue today .. took sometime but it's probably because of weekend . Overall even though the service could be better , we love to shop in this Costco location. value for money ..

Typical Costco. Nice selection of items. Visited this location because I was in the area. Also they carried the baby formula I needed. For some reason, my usual location was out. I was able to get a few as needed. Workers were friendly and check out was quick and seamless. Would return if I'm in the area again.

The worst doctor, how do you tell a patient that you are wasting his time, do yourself a favor and find another doctor, your eyes are worth a lot to put them in the hands of a disrespectful and incompetent doctor, very rude treatment. one star is too much, i wish i can do -1 star

Had a great experience with Doc Shukla and the optical dept. all in one eye care and glasses. Shout out to Mike in optical who was patient and explained to us in detail all we needed to consider. And we got 4 pair of glasses under $500! Costco is the best retailer in the world. Never selling the stock

Costco really scrapes the bottom of the barrel with some of their hiring choices. Returns desk employee was nasty and unprofessional. She also worked at a snails pace. It's not my fault Costco regularly sells moldy produce that goes bad well before the best buy date.

Used to love this store, but now I am tired of getting harassed by the phone sales people every time I enter the store. If I keep going to costco, it will be to Bridgewater. When I told the sales person I was not interested, he continued to push me to tell him which company I have service with. When I told him to please stop, he yelled sarcastically from 50 feet away that they would be there for me when I was ready. It was thoroughly embarrassing.

The option there has the rudest clark ever. She ordered my 11 years old daughter to open her eyes on the machine in a harsh way. I went to stand near my daughter. She ordered me "GO SIT ON THE CHAIR" I said I want to stand by my daughter. She yelled at my daughter " GO SIT ON THE WAITING CHAIR". And she let another client in. She doesn't wear a name tag, so I asked her what's your name. She refused to say her name and said go complain to Costco. As a Costco client I think I should not be treated that way. That was on: June 9th 2023, 2 pm shift.

Dr. Shukla is hands-down the best optometrist I've ever visited. She explained every step of the exam so clearly and addressed each of my concerns with patience and care, offering tips for various ways to take care of my issues. I will absolutely return to Dr. Shukla for future eye exams.
