There’s NO option to reach a live person in pharmacy. Must leave message for them to call you back. Left message twice, even though it said messages are returned within an hour have NOT heard back at all.

The phone system has gotten progressively worse over the years. The difficulty it takes to talk to a person and quickly resolve a medical issue is insane. I just had zero option to talk to a person, and was forced to leave a voice mail. Hopefully this does not turn into a game of phone tag. That and the fact that they have to close for lunch because the store refuses to hire enough people to staff it all day is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I am giving it more than a single star is because the staff they do have is very polite, but they clearly need to hire more

Every time i come in to pick up my prescription there is always people working with an attitude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Today i came in to pick up 2 order, For my daughter and myself. PAULA "the manager" shouldn't be a "manager" should get better training!!! I don't understand how they hires people that dont like to work, are not people friendly and just work for a title and a pay!!! Does not have any costumer services experience, dont know how to listen to a simple question, leave the patient talking to my self, makes faces to other co-workers in front if me!!! What kind of "MANANGER IS PAULA"? Hiring manager should get trained better before hiring people that shows one face to get the position once in the position turns they trues story!!!!!!!!! Worst CVS-pharmacy service on rt22 north plainfield.... Hopefully the supposedly manager see this review and gets trained better. 1/15/2024 @ 8:45pm

Found myself in need of medication for my children during the overnight hours, and for the second time in recent years I was able to go to this location in the middle of the night and get what I needed. I saw in one of the previous reviews someone posted that the store is not open 24 hours - I can only speak from personal experience, but in every situation I have needed to go to the store during the overnight they have been open 24 hours.

Well... definitely not 24 hours. Drove 30 minutes for cough medicine at midnight, and wish I had called to make sure they were actually open. All signs say they're 24 hours, but they were very much closed. What a waste of time, and I'll still be up all night coughing.

This CVS is very convenient because its 24 hours and has a good amount of parking. The employees here are very nice and they even let me use the bathroom without buying anything. The place is very clean and organized and the line isn't long cause the cashier is quick with ringing people up

The store was clean, & the Pharmacist was swift & courteous. But the outside was the worse! It was a sheet of ice of at least 20 feet in front of the store, (including the handicap parking spaces).

I definitely believe the Store manager Paula is racist. I was supposed to be interviewed at this location, the interview was set up by her. I got to the location, she looked me up and down and then proceeded to tell me in a very rude way that she wasn't hiring anymore for any positions and that she called and left me a message not to come to the interview which was a lie. I drove 30 minutes to this location just to be rejected in a rude condescending manner in front of customers and other employees. If the store is not hiring why is it listed on the website on indeed and other sites as well just recently as soon as today. There was a better way for her to handle this situation and as a former CVS employee I expected a different outcome.

This CVS has terrible customer service. The manager on duty Benson is not sure of what he is doing. I've been coming to this CVS for years and this was by far the worst ! Micheal was explaining to him what the pick up procedures are and Benson still didn't understand. I had a package delivered by UPS coming from Amazon and I waited 20 mins and he still didn't release the package. He left me in the front and didn't tell me any Information. He checked out several costumers without even addressing the fact I was still waiting and he would be right there with me. He held my ID in his hand and looked at the Id and me like 10 times. He states his manger isn't there and he is not sure what he's doing. Reminder he's a manager as well!!!
