The Fabric Collection is a great place with wonderful fabrics, very helpful and friendly staff, and an affordable option. Find fabric, upholstery, foam and cushions with custom sizes. The staff will check in and help with big or small jobs, reupholster a sofa or repair an antique tea cosy. Prices are decent, competitive and very great. Overall happy will be coming back. The place is stuffed with hundreds of fabrics and a very helpful owner. Be careful backing out of parking spaces near the big sign.

So happy I found this place. Very friendly, good service, honest, good selection.. what else do I need. I highly recommend this place. My prayer is that they stay in business for a long long time. Thank you Fabric Land!

Very helpful owner, was able to find the fabric we needed cut to the size we needed for a decent price, overall great place will be coming back!
