Arrived at dealer ready to buy researched and came as Costco Auto Program. Dre the sales rep was great in getting to the point test drive and then getting to pricing. Management and Finance gave me a spiel that the K5 was not part of the costco program sale pricing and they could not honor it even though its listed in the costco partner program. I drove to Bridgewater Kia as well as called others they all honored pricing I even got rhe K5 GT Line AWD for same price rhey were selling the standard model. I think they have bad business ethics the finance and management are shiesty, all there Sales Reps suffer, sorry I could not give you that Sale Dre.

Never even got to talk to anyone. This morning, I was out on a circular hold 3 separate times a for a total of 15 minutes while trying to talk to the service desk. The hold would end forcing someone to pick up and then they would put me back on hold. If they feel I’m going to spend my money on a business that treats me like that, they’re nuts.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!
I brought my car here for repairs, and during the process, they damaged another component, causing the check engine light to come on. I notified them about the issue just one hour after driving off their lot, but they refused to fix it.
I spoke to the General Manager, who promised to look into it and get back to me, but it's been over a week with no updates. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a different Kia dealership.

After car shopping in NJ for the last 3 weeks, I can confidently say I had the best experience at Global Kia in North Plainfield. Byron was not only friendly and kind, relating to us on a personal level but also he was super helpful in getting the numbers to move to get us the best possible deal on a new Kia Niro EX hybrid. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you want to walk away with the car you want at a great price and a pleasant shopping experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this dealership has been a complete disaster. My engine failed on the highway and was replaced under warranty, which took over 6 months because of repeated delays and errors. First, they ordered an engine with a cracked block, then I waited months for another. When I finally got my car back, it was covered in scratches they caused, requiring multiple trips (over an hour each way) to fix.
It gets worse. They forgot to reconnect a vacuum hose, leaving me with dangerously soft brakes, which I had to pay another shop to diagnose and fix. Now, my car has a turbocharger boost sensor error (P2565) and a check engine light that didn’t exist before. The dealership is refusing to take responsibility, claiming ‘things happen.’ My car went in fine except for the engine, and it’s come out with problem after problem.
This dealership has cost me so much time, money, and stress. They’re negligent and take zero accountability. I’d recommend staying far away

I needed to get service and called to schedule an appointment twice but no one answered. I left messages and never got a call back. Eventually I figured out how to schedule it online. So I had an appointment for service at 9am. At around 7:30am that day, I had some things come up and wasn’t going to be able to make it. I went online and was able to reschedule the appointment for 1:30pm the same day. The online scheduler had appointments open the whole afternoon. I got a confirmation email for the 1:30pm appointment. However, when I got to the service department they told me they couldn’t take me since my appointment was supposed to be at 9. I showed the service guy my confirmation email and he was really nice, he went inside to the computer to check. Then the office guy came out and was condescending, and he told me I can’t reschedule that close to the appointment time, even though it let me online and I had the confirmation email. They wouldn’t take me for service that day, told me to call and reschedule. Even though they don’t answer the phones anyway.

Absolutely outstanding service from the salesman Ed Olivera. He was very professional and knowledgeable and not high pressure. Every one will always say “did you get a good deal” but I prefer “did I get good value” and the answer is YES and Ed made sure of that. I also feel very confident with his level of service after the sale will be there. If you need a car go see Ed at global!
