Tammy from the Scotch Plains office was great. She helped me with decision making for their Mountainside location. She was sweet, patient, clear, and specific.

I finally had the pleasure of meeting Ms Tammy after having had numerous calls from her regarding my paperwork.
At each discussion,
I made promises to arrive at the facility on certain dates /times to no avail.
She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.
When I finally saw her, i smiled because she held that same energy I felt over the phone. I said your Tammy right. She smiled and was so attentative, understanding and had a willingness to assist me with my concerns.
Excellent customer service rendered to me. I recommend friends& family to this Location.
**I had to update because it's vitally important at this time.
I was so elated when meeting Jared , he assisted me after the heavy rain fall. I was unable to move my belongings from the storage on my own.
He was persistent and committed. He also understood my circumstances and very supportive when necessary.
I am glad he is attentative ,kind and understanding to you as a person.
Excellent customer service, that means a lot to me.
I would recommend friends and More Family to utilize this place for all their personal items.

I've had my property stored here for about two years. Tammy and the staff are great and work well with you to accommodate your needs. I had the misfortune of having a few things damaged during the horrific flood that took place earlier this summer. I live out of state and had no problem with their assistance and the claim's process. I was very pleased with the expediency to which they handled everything.
Also, I'm very grateful that they were able to accomodate me by sharing how I could save some money after expressing that the rates were a bit high, in my opinion. Management really came through. I highly recommend renting at this location.

I currently use a 10'10 storage unit at this facility. We are considering storing furniture (which would not be stackable) for the next couple of months and did not want to have two storage rooms at this facility.
I have been working with Tammy of Public Storage to find an optimal solution. We discussed storage locker sizes, location (within the facility) as well as cost. This facility is close to our home so the location is ideal. There are of course our Pyblic Storage fa ilities along Routee 22 if an interested party were looking for a facility.
Tammy was most helpful and we plan on visiting the facility tomorrow to view some of the larger storage lockers available.

I can't say enought about my experience. From start to finish, everyone there couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Because of the flooding from a major flooding, I had to move to another unit. I need to use a walker so all the guys that moved me from one locker to the other were the sweetest guys. All this really made me feel special and relaxed in what could have been a very trying times. Thanks to all of you, especially Tammy.
