I ordered a Peace Lily floor plant for a funeral. I stated what I wanted on the card and asked for orange and green ribbons. There was no Peace Lily floor plant that had a card or orange and green ribbons. There was a Peace Lily floor plant with white ribbon, from someone else. I was told the owner would call me.
I never received a call. I called again today and was told that the owner would call me. I don't know if it was the owner, but the male told me the plant was delivered with a white bow because they didn't have orange and green ribbon. Why wasn't I notified about the ribbon color and where was the sympathy card?
I didn't receive an apology. I was offered $10. NO! I want a full refund. If I ever have to purchase flowers in Plainfield, it won't be from Plainfield Florist.

I had flowers and balloons delivered for a dear co-worker's retirement luncheon, she was very pleased with what she received. The order was placed over the phone and I received superior customer service. I highly recommend this florist.
