The customer service is horrible. I had a reselect and was told I can only make an appointment for Monday thru Friday 1pm - 5pm. I made the appointment and when I got there their system was not working (mind you I had to leave work early). When I asked why no one called me to reschedule my appointment the manager couldn’t give me an answer. This was over a month ago and I still haven’t received my furniture.

I called while EN-route to verify whether they had any cribs in order not to waste a trip. After ringing 10 times , she answered and put me on hold the whole time. I hung up when we arrived at the store only to see some of the employees laying down on mattresses and the receptionist in a conversation with 2 other coworkers. It was 5 pm last Sunday an hour before closing and a complete waste of a trip. Won't see me there again.

Amazing Experience with Rich Montalvo!
Rich was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He guided us through choosing our mattress, living room set, and dining room set with patience and genuine care. It was very nice we were greeted at the door and shown the furniture we were looking for then our sales person let us check things out without a hard sell. It was a very pleasant way to shop. When we were ready we called her over and she completed the sale and was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. Great experience!
