“Found Road Runners online when looking for a place that could do all the upgrades I had in mind with my 2024 F150. First time I stepped foot into the shop I was immediately greeted and made to feel like I was a family member stopping by to say hi - Nick, who initially helped me out with my list of things to do, was great and showed me some of the bed cover samples they had to give me a better idea of what I wanted. When I met Rob shortly afterwards I couldn’t help but feel like we had known each other for 20 years, just the kind of guy he is, so friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fully understand all of my upgrades and talked through the technical aspects behind everything. Rob kept me abreast of everything going on leading up to my appointment and then throughout the time they worked on my truck. When I went to pick it up, I was truly blown away! Everything they did was perfect, and it turned out exactly as Rob had indicated. I was beyond ecstatic, really could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Rob and his team at Road Runners are true professionals who not only have the technical expertise but also have the visionary ability to see the transformations their customer’s are expecting - this is complete talent, which is hard to find. Not only did they correct a badly done paint job, but they also identified additional damage that the previous shop had missed. They worked with my insurance adjuster, coordinated to have my rental car ready at the shop, and the car work was done quickly. “Had been on the hunt for a transmission for several months, called these guys, they confirmed they had it in stock, gave them a deposit and made arrangements to pick it up over the weekend. THEY texted me to let me know it was ready. I took the two hour trip to their yard and in no time (probably ten minutes wait) I had my transmission loaded to my vehicle. I could not ask for a better transaction than this. You can tell they have MANY satisfied and repeat customers, as while I was there a few customers came by to pick up their parts.
