Walked in, phone was fixed in 30 minutes. Gave me time to go get some lunch and come back. Gained knowledge on phone repairs, met cool people and felt peace of mind with who was fixing my phone. Prices high but felt better after the outcome of my entire experience!

GET IT FIXED BEFORE WORK!!!!My phone had broken overnight. The screen lit up but the touch function stopped working. Brought it in when they opened at EIGHT AM!!! Everyone else opens around 10-11. They fixed it right away. I went to get a car wash next door, came back and my phone was ready. It was fast and ultra convenient. Super nice service as well. THANK YOU!

I just called this store 11 times, just to quickly be told to come in and hung upon afterwards. I couldn’t even finish what I had to say. Then calling 10 times after to be ignored. I’ll never go here for my phone!!!

I went to Batteries+Bulbs in North Plainfield. I searched online that they replace phone batteries. My phone is 1yr & 1/2 old and the battery died very fast. I have a galaxy S9 plus. I didn't want a new phone because it works great & phones are very expensive. It cost 69.99 to change the battery. I now have a perfectly useful phone with no battery issues. If you're having a similar problem I recommend Batteries+bulbs it takes about an hour to complete the work.

I had my screen replaced on my iphone, the screen had a glitch afterwards, the tech sent me to their Raritan store and told me it was possible that it was a faulty screen.

The techs were knowledgeable and they were able to replace the battery in my Samsung phone very quickly. Unfortunately, the phone will not take a charge now (after days of attempts using several different chargers including the original Samsung charger and cord) so either the battery is defective or something happened to the power management and charging circuitry during the operation. I went to another Batteries Plus Bulbs that was closer to where I was located after trying to get the phone to charge and they told me they couldn't help me because they were not allowed to do warranty work on a job done by another store...which I thought was ridiculous. So now I have to drive to the original store and hopefully either get another battery or get a refund...but honestly I am not holding my breath for either.
