I understand that personnel at banks may be busy, but am I also to understand that there is/are no branch supervisor(s) or customer service reps available to answer calls. I called this branch for every bit of 45 mins (7 calls) and NO ONE ANSWERED AT ALL!! Not even a "Thanks for calling Wells Fargo in North Plainfield, please hold." None of that! What gives? So, I take it if the bankers are rude and unpleasant to patrons in the branch, why would they even acknowledge a phone call. And if you opt to continue to wait for a banker, the system sends you to Wells Fargo customer service. How do you call a specific branch with a local number and get redirected to a 800 number? Wow! If that is the case, then why have a contact number directly to the branch?

limiting members to how much they can withdraw in coins in very frustrating. My wife and I need quarters to do our laundry but are constantly being limited when we try and make a withdraw from our account.

Monday dec/ 4th/22 1:59pmATM doesn't work (3 units) Drive tru window is closed, and only 1 cashier inside.... Ask to the security guy for the manager and he star yield on me, very rude......Managment shoul have better working plan here.Waiting time on line so far aprox 40 mns !!!!! Really !!

Honestly, I would rate it 5 stars but the ATM door is not locked when shut which is so dangerous! That means anyone can come in. Please change that.

Convenient location off Somerset St. ATMs usually work well. Inside staff are bilingual to serve Hispanic community also.

The worst branch of the Wells Fargo bank is no coincidence so many bad ratings the workers give lousy service it seems that one goes to this place to ask for money do not waste your time making an appointment in this place

No exaggeration, but this is the WORST branch I’ve ever been to!-Under staff-EXTREMELY long wait times-the only person who is well trained, efficient, and compassionate is Jorge Arias!!!!!!This is supposedly one of the busiest branch, however it has the least staff…! I was told the reason why wait time is always high (even with an appointment) is because its the only bilingual branch in the area!

I went there to deposit a check the teller needed help to verify and then the lady who was assisting her said they couldn’t deposit it because of what kind of check it was and returned it to me. I go to Wells Fargo in scotch plains and they had no problem at all and were very pleasant. I think these workers need better training I’d rather make a longer drive then come back here!

If I could give negative stars I would . The last woman is completely right they are very rude and contemptuous at this Wells Fargo . I needed a stop payment on a money order which we all know is like money. They told me to make an appt . Very rudely I might ad I asked her to speak to a manager and she told me there is not one there. I told her I will wait and she said he is not coming in today. So I left and made an appt . I made it for the next day so I thought . Went in the next day say rude girl doing nothing but as soon as she seen me got up to help someone else . I told her I had an appt she told me I had to wait for her coworker. Clearly having some time for underlying issues . It's s end as if she wakes up on the same lazy entitled side of the bed every morning. Forgetting she is a customer service worker. Anyway I waited for about 20 mins asked her when is her coworker coming . She says idk he is on lunch . So I waited for about 45 mins . He comes tells me to hold on clearly having a preconceived notion of me because whatever she told him . Looked at his computer came back and said oh let me see your confirmation. I showed him . It was for the next Tuesday. I got the dates wrong . Ok but I have been a customer for almost 10 yrs I have been waiting about 45 mins . It was 12:40. He just came off lunch and said he couldn't help me because he had a 1:00 . I went to the South Plainfield branch later that day .They go by appts as well but because they are professional and know that they work in customer based job . They stopped the payment for me . If you have an extra 8 mins drive to the 1 in South Plainfield very nice women working there.

Customer service is terrible, they treat customers in a contemptuous manner and do not give it the respective importance. He is informed that we are going to file a complaint and they say I'll give you the number so you can call in a haughty way. go to Edison nj as they have excellent customer service.

Why is the drive through always closed!! My husband has gone there repeatedly during hours that the drive through is supposed to be open but the shade is drawn and light is red. Why?

This is the worst bank ever never go here the bankers are so rude. I went there on 3 different occasions and they always say the appointment is booked but no one is sitting in any of the chairs. Never go here I’m been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 and I’m leaving this bank

This location is the worst. They have one teller at the front for all inside traffic. I waited as the 3rd person in line for 20 minutes. When I finally became 2nd waited 10 more minutes and gave up and left. Everyone seems like they are in slow motion. Most banks will try to get the line down and have people come from behind the desk to help customers. NOT HERE! Something told me to go to Scotch Plains but this was headed in the direction I take to go home. I will NEVER be going here again!!!

They need to hire people who speaks English as well. I mean speaks it well it’s very difficult when everyone first language is Spanish and now they have an attitude because I can’t understand them. Also extremely slow service
