Taylor is a waitress at the Tiki Tops bar. She was incredible! She was kind, attentive and extremely personable with everyone. Even when she was on her own, with quite a lot of people there, she never missed a beat.Walkability: Right across from the beach and on the same street as all of the top North Wildwood bars. Can't beat the location.

Where do I begin? Suite door was damaged and wasn't able to be secured properly. Sent maintenance man to repair, he made it better, but said it really needed a locksmith. Hours later notified that a locksmith would be coming, we asked that they come while we were there and was told thst they had already been there. Not cool entering without our permission! Kitchen sink faucet was broken, if you turned it on, it was difficult to turn off. Refrigerator wasn't working, freezer worked but refrigerator not cold. Screen door to balcony damaged. Screen was barely attached, no point using it, bugs would just get in anyway. Bar downstairs, bouncer drunk, customer's drunk and passed out on floor in front of elevator, drink spilled all over the floor. One parking space per Suite. Two couples in a 2 bedroom suite, had to park one vehicle in lot, which was down the street and the other 2 blocks away for free parking or at metered parking or a pay on the app. parking lot or risk getting towed. No attendent at the front desk all day. If you had a problem, you had to call a phone number on a sign and if you were lucky, someone would answer. Non of this was told prior to booking or arrival. I could go on and on. Would not recommend and would never go back. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for this place, so not worth it! We were ripped off.

Not sure why the negative reviews. For those who complained about the noise, didn't you go on the website and happen to notice that bar/restaurant -FlipFlopz is directly under the pool area? So.. there's bound to be some noise? The Inlet across the street, adds even more of a resort feel. People are on social media for the dumbest reasons. Checking out a hotel at a NJbeach resort, should be on the "to do list". In addition. We were at the resort for an entire week, Lisa and other staff members were at the front desk EVERY day of our stay...

I surprised my husband with a getaway for his birthday. Several of our friends came down to celebrate. I booked here because our favorite band Coast to Coast was performing. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

$1100 for a 3 day weekend and the cable TV didn't work. The microwave was unplugged because it was broken! WiFi was practically nonexistent. Called and texted management and was almost totally ignored! They came back one time in a text, "it is what it is" ! A full size bed was ancient and sunken in the middle! Stay away from this place!

Stay was awesome ? Kelly at front desk was extremely professional. This place has everything you need. Pool n Bar on second level. Bartenders and servers will get you anything you need. Overlooking the ocean, with a resort atmosphere!! Had no problem getting everything and anything you need.Nightlife just one floor down on elevator with top notch DJ’s and live bands. Excellent Bar tenders and great food. THANK YOU JOE N KELLY FOR MAKING US ALL FEEL AT HOME, as we had 4 couples, two from San Diego. They loved it !

There is a front desk with minimal help from staff. Sometimes you won't even find anyone at the desk to give you a hand. When we checked in we had to go to the bar located in the same building called Flip Flops to retrieve our key. Even though Champagne Island and Flip Flops are unrelated. You need to get wristbands for the pool. We stayed in room advertised for 6 we were giving 5 wristbands for the whole week. When we asked for more we were asked by the minimalist front desk, why did you take them off. So if your coming here, be prepared to wear a plastic wristband for the week. Regardless they did give us more. Be prepared for noise from the downstairs bars on the weekend, and be prepared for the occasional drunk loud mouth. It is what it is around that area of North Wildwood. The pool is nice with a great view of the ocean/inlet. There is a bar next to the pool with waitresses that our very helpful. The inlet beach is across the street, but the main beach with better surf is still about a 20min walk or 5min drive. Room was overall nice and clean. However it advertised that the room slept 6 but there is only a love seat couch in the living room all others will have to sit at the kitchen table or the breakfast bar. Advertised a private deck, was anything but. 3 room walk out to an open deck. We had to ask for our table back from other renters who had taken our tables and chairs. The other renters can easily and accidentally look into where you are staying. Not private whatsoever. We stayed on the 3rd floor with the sundeck, and the lights on the sundeck do not turn off, so if you have guests using the pull out couch, it will not get dark for them. This place could be great, but it is sub par. Still could be a lot worse for sure.

Just stayed at Champagne Island from Monday July 26 till July 30, 2021. There was never anyone at desk in case of emergency. We had no tv for two days, no towels either as there was no maid service, another tenant gave us towels until we caught someone at front desk. Place was filthy and had ants crawling all over counter. Disgusting will never stay there again wasn’t cheap either 1200 for 4 days. Best thing about it was location!!

Nice rooms. Could be cleaner. No housekeeping when I was there. Friendly and very nice owners. Great location. Pool wasn't open yet late May.

If I could give a 0 star rating, it would still be too high! $1100 for Irish weekend (3 nights) they advertise free Wi-Fi, efficiency room and cable TV. Wi-Fi was so poor it rarely worked! The kitchenette had a loud, ancient refrigerator. The microwave was unplugged because it was broken and ran by itself! TV didn't work because no cable connection! Multiple calls and texts went mostly unanswered, with one text said "it is wait (what?) it is "! Nobody at reception desk checking in or out! Avoid this

Everything you read on the reviews is true. There was even little hairs on the bed upon my arrival. It was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the front desk. We weren't aloud to get extra bath towels and there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. Why have a stove if there's no pots, pans or paper towels. They don't have an ice dispenser either. However, the rooms are decently sized and I liked the location of the room we stayed in. Tiki tops is always blasting music but where our room was you couldn't hear it too much once the windows and all were closed. Even though we had "pool bracelets" to indicate we were guest at the hotel the bouncer asked us for the cover & even asked to check my bag.... I've been to tiki tops SO many times and never once was I asked to have my bag checked... like sir, if you would pay attention and be at the actual stand you're supposed to be at collecting covers instead of watching Netflix on your phone sitting at the bar you would've realized I came from my room and not outside of the establishment. No one else seemed to have the bouncer go up to them, not sure why he was so uptight with me. Anyway, as far as the hotel it's self goes, it's not the best. The location is great but for the price you pay and the way you get treated I think the rooms should at least be updated. My honest opinion is to stay here at your own risk and don't expect too much.
