The people that worked there were very nice in kind. They gave me the Royal Caribbean cruise book. The manager at Rio Grande lied right to my face. I hate to be lied to. She knows what I'm talking about. Because of that I'll never renew my AAA again. Very disappointed. I would rather her just say she forgot.

On 4/25, I spoke to Judy, travel agent, at 11:45 to book a Philadelphia airport hotel package. She said she would call back shortly. At 12:20 I called her to find out what was available. She did not yet call International Holiday company (but she could have called while putting me on hold; I am a retired T/A) My date is within 3 weeks.
So I gave her my email as I didn’t want to miss her call. Two hours later, I did not hear back from Judy. So I called again and Sharon Scarella, Sr retail sales agent took care of me in 10 minutes; closed the sale at 4:45!! Thank you Sharon. A simple booking that Judy chose to ignore…not the first time another potential client deemed her “no enthusiasm” attitude.
AAA Northfield used to run a tight ship 30+ years ago!! What happened lately?

Horrible Customer Service left us stranded. I’ve been with them for 17 years when you talk to a supervisor they’re rude and could care less if you’re not gonna continue your subscription to their services. I found somebody to tow the vehicle for $100. I pay 180 per year for me and my girlfriend most years I haven’t even used it. It’s just piece of mind. Their services have greatly diminished a few years ago when Covid was starting to not be a big deal. They were still very cautious about transmission of germs, but we’re totally willing to leave my girlfriend on the side of the highway to wait for an Uber and when the tow truck driver got there, he said nobody had even asked him and he would’ve given her a ride no problem. I’d like to reiterate again some of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken with. When I was in high school and drove junk cars it was the greatest Customer Service friendly and Extremely empathetic to getting you to where you needed to go. What happened?

I got my IDP here with ease but bring your own passport sized pictures as they charge nearly $20 to take and print them.

Booked a trip through Lisa of AAA and her coworker to Disney we had a great time explained everything they mapped everything out. Very pleased. I will be booking my vacations at AAA for now on.

The help I received from Lisa was wonderful, selecting RFID wallets and selecting maps. I first wanted to buy a road atlas, and she showed me a selection of 4! I found the perfect one for me.

AAA insurance are crooks. They charged my husband $497 a month for liability insurance, 1 car, 1 driver. His license has never been suspended, no duis, 1 accident in 3 years. After 6 months never being late on payments their reward, a price increase of $100. He canceled his policy bc he found insurance with Plymouth rock for $197 a month. He canceled 1 day after the new billing cycle and AAA charged him $98. They said if you divide 497 by 30 days that's the prorated price. Bs. Then they said the reason why his rate was so high was bc he canceled autopay, but they attempted to debit his account twice after cancelation. Makes no sense right. The reason is bc they have the Backstreet boys as their mascots and they have to raise their customers rates in order to pay their salaries. Crooks.
